I do not like that there are no stairs but they accommodated me by putting us on the first floor. The family that runs this place does a decent job. This is a lower cost place to stay that is not bad. We love the location as we are here to see family that lives close by. Rooms a clean. The bathroom shower is small but otherwise a nice place to stay for the price.

The cleanliness was good for the age of the hotel. They do try and keep it clean. The pricing is really good for the area and therefore they did have a few long term guests, but everyone was nice. The coffee was good and breakfast was available but limited choices. You can hear upstairs but it was minimal. The bed was comfortable for such an inexpensive area hotel. We would actually stay here again and we do travel to the area often.

We had a rough start as the hotel does not have an elevator and stairs are hard for me. The check in person was mediocre at best and was quite unpleasant. I threw a little fit about the stairs and he explained that he would move us tomorrow which made our stay nicer, much appreciated. Later we talked outside and the clerk was very nice at that time, just not super friendly. The bed made a weird noise from the base when you got in and out of the bed. There was two small maintenance issues but my husband being a plumber just fixed them for them real quick. The shower head leaked and the toilet seat was moving.

That the one dresser drawer was broken. Hairdryer didn’t work and I need to just run a dusting thing up by the ceiling for some cobwebs, but other than that, it was pretty clean.

The property was very clean and quiet. I would recommend and I would definitely book here again.

The only negative thing I can say is I had to wait about 10 minutes before a staff member came to check me in. I called the number multiple times to get someone to come to the front. But when he finally came the process was very fast and easy.

They were extremely accommodating to my service animal I stayed there for about 2 weeks and never had any issues with him and they were all very nice.

The breakfast was okay for the price we paid. I really loved the waffles!! The hotel was cleaner than most big hotels. I would stay there again. The location is wonderful.

The wash clothes could have been a little whiter, but I bring my own anyway.

we had people try to come into the room twice during our stay , they need to add some protein to the breakfast chooses !

I liked that the staff was attentive and promptly took care of a couple of issues we had with the appliances in the room. I liked that it was clean and well kept

The TV and refrigerator were both problem points with the stay. The TV was disconnected and I believe the refrigerator was as well.

I loved the bed. Slept GREAT!! I loved my room was very close to the lobby. Didn't have far to bring in luggage. Close to Wawa and main routes. Great experience. Definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner was tricky to operate but I figured it out.

Location, price, staff. AC was excellent. The fridge and microwave - good condition, functional.

Toilet flushed constantly. Very lumpy bed.
