Convenient and I slept very well, shutters, opening window, sea view and very comfortable bed and pillow. There was a very good restaurant a few doors down the street sorry don’t remember the name.

The room I had booked had been given to someone else when I arrived, and whilst my room had a sea view I’m unsure it would have been as expensive as I paid. The rooms are tired, the photos paint a more modern picture, in reality it is a very two star hotel- overpriced due to the tourist location- the walls were paper thin, I was woken by occupants of next room taking a very long bath or shower at 00:37am! And I thought the earplugs were for seagulls not drowning out the sounds from the next room. The restaurant was full and the staff run off their feet when I arrived 9pm Saturday evening. The bathroom left a bit to be desired- toilet needed a jolly good clean with limescale remover - see photos.

The place was a brilliant location for exploring the Dday beaches in both directions and free parking right outside the hotel! Hotel was comfortable and clean and staff where super helpful and nice - Pierre was brilliant on reception a very nice and helpful man.

Our bathroom didn't have the best smell, could see the cleaners had tried with the drains as the drain cover was lifted and cleaned out but still lingered which wasn't too nice but hey a very small inconvenience and couldn't smell it in the bedroom.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options of food. The location was good by the seafront with view. Also very central at Juno Beach to explore WW2 Memorials and other landing sites: Gold Beach, Omaha and Utah. Juno Beach was in walking distance. The village of Creully is well worth a visit. Staff were excellent, friendly & made you feel welcome. Evening meal was a varied menu, but we also ate out

The hotel was in a perfect location for us , near the port and close to the attractions we wished to visit. Check in was swift , the girl on reception was very friendly and spoke very good English. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly Our room was small - that is the only negative but all in all good value . Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant and lounge area were very clean We stayed 4 nights and found the beds very comfortable

The room was clean, bigger than expected, with a good view. The staff are exceptional and accommodated our little knowledge of the French language. The hotel is ideally situated for all the historic beaches and sites. The breakfast was very good and the dinner menu fabulous. The chef excelled in the quality of food provided.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Staff were excellent and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding, with ample quantities and options. Excellent location, with excellent restaurant on-site, and many others nearby. Parking was included and very accessible.

Apartment bathroom was the weakest area. Unable to stand up in the shower due to ceiling height; no shower curtain. Separate toilet area has flow issues, and did not flush adequately.

We loved our upgrade room and how pleasant Lucie was in dealing with our disappointment with the 1st room we were given. Thank you 😊 great to check out so late too. We were delivered 2 extra pillows.

Our first room was so very small. We couldn't unpack or get around the bed . Bath was not for an adult. Toilet was discoloured and the room was not clean. No lift! Breakfast ok

Excellent location for visiting British Dday memorial (15 mins drive) & Juno beach (10min walk), friendly staff, extremely clean rooms & lovely little town. Tourist information across the road from hotel were really helpful

As expected in high season, parking took a couple laps of the town to find a space however all parking was free

Staff were friendly and helpful Room although basic was comfortable and adequate for what we required

The bar and restaurant were closed on Tuesday/Wednesday, which then meant we had to find an alternative place to eat... which was a little inconvenient as not many places around

Very nice hotel with great hostess who welcomed you. Great beds and very close to the beach. The continental breakfast was very comlete and great quality products.

Perhaps that there was no elevator, but it was an old building so I did not expect that to begin with. As I only had a weekend bag it was no issue.
