Like a brand new hotel in Milos, the staff is there to really make you feel confortable and well served, Maria makes you check in process easy and everyday will find out what the options are for your plans, Elizabeth always around to offer information, Elena welcomes you with a big smile everyday for a delicious breakfast and Mario makes sure you enjoy dinner and the different options in the menu, the property is beach front with bar service in the beach and you can rent Jet ski, cayaks, and boats 50 Mts from the hotel, the infinity pool is well design and really feels like uniting it with the ocean

Perfect place to stay in Milos. Great location 15 min from port and airport. Beautiful beach. Facilities are cozy and modern. Great restaurant with a nice view. Breakfast buffet was delicious. People were amazing. Definitely would come back on our next time in Milos.

The location and quietness were fantastic - a hidden gem

No basic necessities in the room - a kettle or coffee making facilities would have been great. Had to keep calling room service for glasses to enjoy a wine at night.

Very friendly staff, flexible attitude. Beautiful facilities: pool, cabanas, lounge area. Hot shower with strong water pressure, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the full length of the beach lounge area was covered with sound speakers playing strong lounge beat music practically all day long, so for me not relaxing. Fortunately, the pool area and surrounding cabanas and sun beds were free of music, excellent. In my opinion the restaurant is somewhat overpriced and some of its staff seem in need of further hospitality training

I mean, this is THE place to stay in Milos by far. You are in a beachfront resort that feels like Tulum with a stunning pool and beach and cabanas (claim one early in the morning because they fill up fast), incredible breakfast, and the kindest staff you could imagine. Walk on the beach to the left, and you'll explore the most beautiful colorful volcanic rock scenery that you'll ever see. The pebbles all reflect the large cliffs they come from- STUNNING. Eat at Sirocco (volcanic cooking and great wine) and Pelagros (sweet staff and great traditional food), and the hotel restaurant Root as well, although this was the most expensive. The hotel is set up in a classy-boho-eccentric way. The arranged a quad rental for us, and we took it all over Milos for the day. Service was spotty, but the street signs directed us from Paliochiori to Adamants to Place to Firopotomas to Mandrakia to Sarakaniko to Papafragas Caves to Pollonia to Tsigrado and back to the hotel. A very doable day trip, and the drives on the ATV were fun! We could have stayed here forever and been happy. There is so much to see and explore on this beautiful island, and this is the place to call your home base while you do. The room was cleaned daily with new water bottles. We were given wine for our honeymoon. The hot tub worked great and was cleaned while we were out for the day. The pool was chilled and perfect to combat the heat. The Nespresso was nice for a midday pickup. The hammock overlooking the sea was stunning. The welcome drink was delicious. The beach bar food and drinks were great. It was about a 15 min drive to the ferry port and a 15 min drive to the airport. The BEST location by far for a relaxing and adventurous vacation.

The on site restaurant was pricey, but good!

Beautiful seaside resort. Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble for any of them - from arranging tours, helping with a medical package that I needed to receive, organising drivers for us. They were wonderful! Very relaxing around the pool. It was windy when we stayed so we didn’t really use the beach but did have food & drinks at the bar downstairs which was great.

It is quite far from the rest of town, about 20-30 minutes and nowhere around to get supplies so make sure you have what you need. You can hire a car through the resort which would have made it easier for us but we weren’t confident to drive on the right side when we’re used to the left! We were easily able to arrange a driver for everywhere that we wanted to go though so it was fine, just an extra cost each time.

Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. Staff were attentive and engaging. Loved the pool, the loungers, and swimming in the sea. We had a car, which we recommend, which gave us the freedom and ease to explore the island. Our room was spacious, with a terrace which faced the property across the way. Aside from first night at the restaurant, we chose to have late lunches in other restaurants on the island, to avoid night driving. We purchased delicious wine, bread, treats etc from town -and enjoyed those from our terrace in the evening.

Our stay coincided with the end of their season. At dinner, we were not informed of various menu options and wine that was not available until we were ready to order -which was frustrating and a bit off-putting. We understand that everything isn’t always available. In other restaurants, it was the first thing shared with customers -which is why this feedback is being provided.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bed was comfortable with a nice patio for morning sunrises.

It’s a bit of a drive to any of the villages. A rental car is recommended if you want to tour the island.

The hotel was exactly as seen in the picture. The staff was very very polite and helpful. It started by showing us all spots on a map and guiding us through the hotel. The hotel has the perfect size. During May lots of chairs are empty and it offers enough space. The breakfast has plenty varieties. In case of special requests (e.g. umbrella for the beach it was handed out without any charge). Service is on a very high level. Besides they are kids and pet friendly. Overall we will come back. Car is needed if you want to see the island.

The room downstairs can be noisy, so make sure you get a room at the second floor.

The Beach side sun beds and bar area were awesome, bar menu could use a few more options.. Pool was also great .. Overall we had an amazing stay - the staff helped us book a private boat tour with a company down the beach and it was also great!!! They also helped me arrange a special flower delivery for our anniversary… and they packed us a to-go breakfast for our very early departure without us even asking - Can’t say enough about the staff and this place - I will definitely be back!!

The location is a bit far out, but definitely worth it - the road in, right at the mouth of the property is a bit of a traffic nightmare-it is one lane with multiple entry/ exit points - so some type of fix is needed there… but again.. I thought it was an amazing property!
