The location is excellent, right in the heart of Centropolis, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. It was very convenient to explore the area. The hotel's modern design and decor created a sleek and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby and common areas were stylish and inviting. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient

While the overall experience was positive, the breakfast selection could be improved with more variety. It was somewhat limited, especially for those looking for healthier options.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. We found a good offer at Booking, which made us change our initial reservation. As we had a car, it was easy to reach and park outside at no cost. If you don't have a car, it takes time to reach and there is no direct metro. The room was great, large, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Wifi worked well. There are two supermarkets outside and you have a microwave in the lobby.

The room we booked said in the description that it had a microwave, but it does not. This was solved by using the microwave in the lobby. Our room had the AC remote malfunctioning, and we were unable to shut it down. We had to ask every day at the reception to do it. Not all the staff members could do it immediately. This was a particular thing in our room, I hope it gets fixed soon. Despite this issue, I still recommend the hotel. Finally, it would be nice if breakfast could be booked also in Booking.

The staff was exceptional. They were very professional and courteous. We were in town for a hockey tournament and most of us only spoke English and we were happy to have staff members that spoke both English and French which made our conversations with staff members very easy. Rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate us. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and stores for us to visit.

Parking lot was a little small but had an underground garage for people to be able to park but you had to pay even if you were staying. I thought parking would be included with your stay but it wasn’t a big deal as we always found parking in the lot that only fit about 30 cars.

The staff was so friendly and helpful I love that there was an underground parking I loved the location there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about displace

I love everything about this place there’s nothing negative I can say about it and this is a first for me usually there’s always a little something that could be improved but now nothing at all

Very nice hotel and facilities, very bright, the white light in the room was very strong. Breakfast was okay and not worth paying. For the price I would expect things like lotion, shower cap, some other things like that. Overall it was great, just pricey.

I was met by polite staff, they told me everything, the hotel room was very clean, beautiful and well-kept, they cleaned it every day, there was a large bed, a refrigerator, an iron, a board for ironing clothes, a hair dryer for drying hair, air conditioning, a large TV

Room was great and very comfortable.

Staff were unclear about where to park. Told we could park on the street. Underground parking signs were not obvious. And had to pay for underground parking. Did not see this in the notes for the hotel.

Breakfast was good and location was perfect

You pay for water if you the bottle which was in your room and I pay 3$ something for that which look cheap caz if you paying 350$ for one day and paying for water bottle,at least they need to put 2 bottle of water free of cost then it look more professional these small things make a big difference

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location, friendly staff. Pleasant stay. Would recommend as a place to stay in Laval.
