This is our second time staying here. The room is clean and comfortable, the shower is amazing, aircon is cold, closet space is generous, and the soundproofing is pretty good. We stayed on the 13th floor and it was quiet despite being right above the bars, although you will occasionally hear doors closing/opening (depends on how loud the other guests are). Also there are many shops and restaurants in the area so there's plenty to see!

- If you're sensitive to light when sleeping, you may find it a little bright at night. The light switches are quite bright, but we covered them up with black tape and it was fine. Curtains aren't blackout ones so be prepared to be woken by the sun in the morning. - It's about 12-15 mins walk to the MTR.

Its location was good…. Short walks to the train, eating places, malls. Elevator at the basement saves you from having to walk up the hill

No complimentary water. I understand the effort to be more environmentally friendly by not having bottled water, but I hope you explore alternative ways to provide water for your guests especially in the summer. Other hotels provide a pitcher in the room, and water dispensers in each floor so guests can still have water.

2nd time at this hotel. The hotel is great. The rooms are bigger than the average room sizes in Hong Kong. The location is very good. I really like this hotel and I plan to go back for the 3rd time in November.

Climbing the hill was a daunting task but it was a good workout.

Appreciated the free room upgrade. Enough space for two huge luggages. Good location in the heart of Jordan/TST, well-connected by various metro and bus lines, including the airport bus. Lots of food and shopping options around, with two coin laundromats a few minutes’ walk away. Mattress was quite comfortable.

Wasn’t very clean; there were hairs left in the toilet upon entering for the first time and even after housekeeping. Lingering cigarette smell in the room. Staff could be friendlier. Steep slope leading up to the hotel entrance, do be careful when handling luggage.

Spacious room for HK standards, and cleaned every day. Probably the best shower pressure we've ever had in a hotel! The location is great, very walkable and the Metro is very close. That 'hill' everyone talks about is peanuts, folks.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews from previous guests, and I’m really glad I did. First, the location is excellent—just a short walk from the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The hotel is situated right above a row of well-known bars, which I personally enjoy. The area feels safe, even late at night. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great value considering how expensive food can be in Hong Kong. While the breakfast options didn’t change much from day to day, it was still convenient to have one less meal to worry about. One issue I did encounter was during my second night. The bathroom suddenly started emitting a high-pitched, sharp noise that came and went unpredictably. I first called the front desk, and a staff member promptly came to check it. I explained that the sound occurred intermittently. The staff then offered to move me to a different room. At the time, I declined, thinking I could tolerate it. However, the noise became much worse later (I even recorded a video of it), and it was hard to ignore. Eventually, the hotel upgraded me to a different room without any extra charge. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation—although the issue itself couldn’t have been anticipated, their response was professional and considerate. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Amenities were great as well. The location is awesome for travelers looking to be located somewhere in the middle of the action of Tsim Sha Tsui.

The location is on a hill, so it's a bit tiring walking up the hill at the end of a long day of exploring. But it's in a great location and perfect if you want to explore Tsim Sha Tsui!
