We rented 5 different sized appartments from 1 bedroom all the way through to a 4 bed villa for our extended family 3 generations group. Facilities were great for all ages in a relaxed and pleasant environment. The four pools were all used. The gardens within the grounds are beautiful and well maintained and enhance the ambience and privacy. All the apartments we rented were well sized for each of our family groups and had everything needed to self cater when needed. Comfortable beds. And just a 5 minute walk across the road and sand dune to the beautiful and not very busy beach despite this being September school holidays. Allocated parking for all our vehicles. A great location for beach holiday and so close to other activities

Lovely apartment in a great location opposite parks leading to the beach. We were on the second floor and looked over the lap pool into a tropical oasis with palm trees and a well established garden. It felt quiet sitting on the balcony, looking at the tops of the trees. Very secure property, generous parking and an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk or the shops and restaurants. A Coles is located across the road which is very handy. The property was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Two of the four pools are heated which makes them perfect all year round. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this property.

Although the bathroom was lovely and clean, the shower itself is quite small for Australian standards.

NOTHING except the lack of allocation of towels Only 1 set given on check in per person. Even though a washing machine and dryer in the apartment and could wash them, it seems to be a waste of power and water to be washing everyday just 2 items which seems unhelpful enviromentally. Also having to rent a beach towel if you don't have your own. I have not encountered this ever before at other resorts. The only other negative was the room could be noisy during the day due to road noise but that is unchangeable.

We have stayed here on the last 3 visits to Coolum to see our family, so we obviously like this place. The facilities and grounds are superb and location is second to none! We have had 3 different apartments now and they are all similar design and layout with differing furnishings. The recent one, of 2 weeks, was a little too dark for my liking and unfortunately there were ongoing roof repairs directly above us during our stay, starting early morning, which was annoying for my husband who has dementia. Still, he forgot about it until the next morning and after all maintenance must get done at some stage! The lesson here … ask where you are staying and if any works being carried out during your stay Before you go. We had some minor issues with an appliance not working, but Brad and his team were onto it instantly and fixed within no time. Exceptional customer service! If you want friendly, helpful staff, great location, beautiful grounds and facilities, lovely apartments and a relaxing holiday … definitely stay here!

Very quiet, very comfortable bed and spacious modern bathroom. Washing machine /dryer was very handy at this stage of our holiday. Kitchen facilities were very good - Coles and Dan Murphy's was just as short walk away. Car parking down below was very good and spacious, and the lift very much appreciated from the basement car-park to our apartment floor very much appreciated.

Unfortunately we could not get the dishwasher to work - the front panel buttons were not really intuitive and we could not find a handbook in the unit's data folder(lots of other stuff though). Reverted to hand washing. The "double" toaster worked only on one half (two pieces of bread) but that half did work OK. The instructions for the lounge room TV did not match the TV itself, and some 30 minutes of button pushing, scrolling, re-starts, and goodness knows what else, we finally got the TV working - don't know how! And could not bring up the sub-titles even though the setting indicated subtitles "on".

Good location for going to the Coolum eateries and shops. Just over the road from a large Coles supermarket. Only 100m to the bus stop where you could travel north and south on the local buses for 50c a trip. Only 5 min to beach. Room was spacious and well set out with great balcony. We were on third floor but lift makes it easy.

Need to keep window closed at night to minimise traffic noise as we were in block 5 which is closest to the main road. Ask for accommodation in accommodation blocks of lower number.

We stayed at the back of the resort, so we had quiet nights (and our unit overlooked the lap pool). The apartment block was close to the beach, shops, and the local hotel. Some cafes were nearby, and the main shopping strip was about a 10-minute walk away. The bed was comfortable. The unit had more than adequate kitchen and laundry facilities.

Not a lot needed improvement. A small bottle of cooking oil would have been handy, and the salt and pepper grinder bottles needed filling.

The apartment was lovely and beautifully furnished. It is positioned amongst gorgeous gardens that are well maintained. Loved that there’s air con in all rooms, TVs are awesome and the kitchen is fitted with everything you need and more! We loved the main pool, it was a lovely temperature during the overcast days and wonderful size. The location is amazing! Across the road from the beach and Coles, shops, places to eat, it’s such a wonderful spot and still positioned in a quiet street. Or a short walk into the main strip, you don’t need a car! The staff are warm and friendly and genuinely care. There is so much to love about this place!

The property is very hard to fault so I’m nit picking now! I find all properties these days don’t invest much in comfy mattresses or pillows and if this property is to outshine others, it could do so with investing a little more in comfy mattresses and pillows! The one thing we found with the main pool was all of the bugs and insects in the water. I wondered if they were attracted to the pool lights during the evening and that’s how they found their way in there . These are minor things and didn’t detract from our stay.

We were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment for the week. The location is perfect with Coles and Dan Murphy's just across the road. The beach is just a short stroll away and the main pool is heated and is great, couldn't get the kids out of it. We didn't use the 2 small pools or the lap pool.

The kitchen in the apartment was a little dirty in parts. The front of the cupboard doors and the handles could do with a good clean and the top of the fridge was very dusty (hubby and I are tall so it was noticeable to us). We thought a little more toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and tablets could be provided given we were staying 7 nights.

The apartment and facilities were absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations! With four(4) pools; main, kids, lap, and plunge - there really is something for everyone! The layout and landscape were so beautiful! The bridges throughout the trees make for an amazing photo! We had such a great time staying here for our anniversary, and will definitely be coming back! I couldn’t recommend highly enough :D

There needs to be BBQs in more areas. There were lots of people trying to use only two BBQs at the same time and only one table. We ended up waiting 45 mins to use the BBQ and then had to take it to our apartment to eat rather than sitting by the pool without breaking pool rules. I think even if the BBQs were over seperate sides of the space with two lots of seating, one for each BBQ, then that would be a much better use of space and create more convenience for future guests.
