We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel. We were there to meet up with our daughter who was bringing her small dog along. We had wonderful quiet rooms on the top floor looking into the green. My test for a good hotel is how well I sleep there. We slept really well. The breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. We loved the fact that there was such easy Spa access and that we could rent bikes. The staff was really helpful.

I would love to see more balanced healthy vegan options on the lunch and evening menu. Apart from that we really had a wonderful time there.

I come here frequently. I love the spa (and am looking forward to the opening of the newly renovated areas). The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and the fans for hot summer weather are excellent. The reception, breakfast and housekeeping teams are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great - huge choice and a lovely setting.

Used the restaurant for an evening meal for the first time. Food was fine but sadly, our waitress wasn't up to the same standards as the rest of the team - repeatedly trying to clear and ask about dessert and coffee while my elderly father was still eating. She seemed more keen to end her shift than to provide a relaxing environment which somewhat ruined our final meal together in Switzerland.

The room was big enough with a small desk and 2 chairs to sit. The location was close to the city and also the technology park. Many parking spots were available even a charging station which can connect 2 cars. The bed was comfy same for the pillows.

It's an old building and the windows are showing their age, meaning we can hear every single noise coming from outside. The decoration of the room is outdated, the carpet was stained at various location which can be a turn off for many people.

Arrived with my daughter & her husband 2 rooms on ground floor direct from room to access outdoor terrace with small table & two chairs Hôtel has an indoor corridor directly to the thermal baths & spas. Hotel guest have own Private thermal mineral outdoor pool. Non public. Option of Breakfast included in room price was a plus. Breakfast dining room has magnificent triangular views of the gardens. Unlimited food choices to choose from too long a list to describe the abundance of buffet breakfast spreads. Staff reception and room service personnel are very helpful & willing to help with all your questions .

Quite a grand exterior and nice reception. It's in a refurb/remodel but the thermal pools were fun even in doubtful weather- free on site parking always good when travelling with a car full of things. Very nice grand breakfast room

The rooms are rather 'modern' but sadly not in a good way rather an 80's vibe. No restaurants nearby so a short drive into centre required and the lake is nowhere to be seen

Access to the Thermal pools was included with robes, slippers, etc provided. This was a fabulous experience - very warm water, lovely sauna and very relaxing. Easy, copious free parking on site. Excellent breakfast. Nice walk into old town.

Rooms very dated. Basic and functional. Wi-Fi complicated to access and inefficient. Shower over bath with plastic shower curtain. Would have really benefitted from heated towel rail for bath towels and robes, swimsuits, etc.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and breakfast room, with playroom beside. Easy check-in/check-out, great that they allow you to enjoy the thermal baths after checking out. Well designed to easily reach the swimming pools and the rest of the areas. Super comfortable electronic watches to access the areas and to leave your stuff safe in the lockers.

Nothing bad to say of the hotel itself. Just watch your stuff at the thermal baths areas, as three of the four swimming pools are open to the public. If possible always use the lockers, as we left our three bathrobes outside the showers, and we only found two of them when we went out.

The staff were very friendly both at reception and in the restaurant and bar. The food in the restaurant "La Belle Epoque" was imaginative and of a high standard, and there was an excellent choice at the breakfast buffet. The room (superior double) was large and very comfortable. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces even though the hotel was busy. The spa facilities were excellent and extremely clean.

We were generally very pleased with everything.

The staff was very friendly, except for one person. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was quite and had a pleasant atmosphere. The pools are great.

The construction work around the thermal baths lowered the quality of the stay. There aren't any in-door pools before the constructions will be completed. The noise of the construction machines is disturbing.

We came to the hotel for a combined hiking and spa break. Hotel provides excellent opportunities for hiking in Jura due to the good public transport connections. Very convenient car park. Customer-facing staff speaks perfect English and is always ready to help. We asked for and got a quiet room, facing the park. Not a great view, but really no noise, day and night. Very good soundproofing as well. Room was OK, fitting the description. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. We haven't used the restaurant, but bar menu provided a good and reasonably priced opportunity for a dinner. Free spa access (reasonable surcharge for a sauna area) was naturally one of the reasons to come here.

Hotel is in need for renovation. Nothing catastrophic, but this does not correspond to the level of the property. Spa area is certainly not at the top of our list for Swiss spas. A little bit chaotic and overcrowded even in October. A special pool for the hotel guests could be a benefit if not being occupied all afternoons by a swimming school. Very strange concept of "a coffee machine in the room". The machine was indeed there, but we got only two capsules for two people for 5 nights, because "this is only for a day of your arrival". Does it make sense to advertise such a "facility"? To the credit of the hotel, we got another two capsules on request :).
