Exceptional service the moment you step in to the hotel. I rented a car, and there was valet parking (24 h) provided. Parking was reasonable at 15000yen per day. Welcome drink was given, and guests could also get freebies like face masks, moisturizer, tea/ capsule coffee at the lounge to enjoy in the room. There's a coffee maker in the room. Great location too as it's only 10 min away from Naha airport via monorail with a sheltered walkway. There's also plenty of 24h convenience stores just across or below the building.

Price is a little steep, bit nice to pamper yourself once in a while!

The location was great, connected by a link bridge to the monorail. Loved the spacious bathroom, which had a dressing table with stool, and a comfortable bath tub overlooking the view, and enjoyed the headrest which i don't see it in most places. The breakfast was awesome as well, with a great spread of local okinawan dishes and freshly baked breads. There was also valet parking service so that was an awesome bonus.

I requested for early check-in, but didn't realise that it came with a charge. Had thought an earlier room would be offered if they had it ready. However this is perhaps different practice for different countries, but the staff were very polite and explained to me about it.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is strategic and fantastic - it is so close to the Monorail, bus terminal and the Tourist Information Bureau at OPO building. The staff are very accommodating. I am so grateful that one staff (night shift) who helped me to fix my luggage trolley. This is exceptional service and skill. Thank you. Breakfast is very appealing and has a very wide range of local Okinawan delicacy and western food- all made to high quality.

The bed is too soft or too old...because it is not even. The lighting at the work desk is too dim. It is not comfortable for watching digital devices (handphone iPAD laptop)

The situation of the hotel is the best. It has a monorail stop very near, the tourism center and bus central station are very close. The main street is really near but not so close. That is really convenient because you have shops nearby but the noise or people does not bother you. Great views of Naha when you are having dinner or having breakfast.

The floor level where we were was annoying. We were at the bottom of all floors (6th floor) and there was no view of the city.

Typhoon hit Okinawa during my stay. Thankful that the hotel is so well located and has great infrastructure which was not affected by the storm. The hotel is experienced in handling the typhoon situation, guests were well taken care of, and no interruption of power, water and food supplies when the city was closed down.

Overall the hotel has a great team of staff crew (reception, concierge, restaurant, etc) who are very helpful, friendly, attentive, and courteous. All are great people! This is the hotel which I love to stay again. However, I am disappointed that the Hotel loyalty program is not offered to foreigners like me.

The room is big with small sofa and tea table. There is a very good wet room with window. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! There is a big and nice wardrobe room. Location is excellent. If you go from the monorail station you can get to the hotel directly from the station!

When I was ordering the room (Nov 2023) was no option to choose room with 1 bed. It wasn't possible to pay for the hotel automatically with the credit card I booked with.

Hotel location is fantastic - 1) it is so close to Asahibashi Monorail station 2) close to the Tourist Information Office which i can get more info about Okinawa 3) the main Bus station to travel to the North and South of the Island is very close-by, Customer care - 1) the hotel offer a Marche' station at the reception floor 2) the customer service team went extra mile to help me with an issue. 3) the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. The hotel overall ambience and decor' is modern and classy. Room - very spacious in the living and bathroom areas. I love the bathroom has big window and good natural light. The bathing experience is great.

1) I want to join the hotel's membership program. It is disappoint to know that the program is only open to people living in Japan. I have stayed in the Rihga Royal Kyoto Hotel and Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa in this trip. 2) I got off from the Monorail station, the hotel direction to find the entrance on the 2/F is not very clear. 3) Lighting at the working desk is quite dim. It is harder to do reading there at night.

There was nothing to dislike. I have travelled all over the world and this hotel is easily in my top 3 of all time. Exceptional service, comfort, food and cleanliness. wonderful location with easy access to shopping district and markets. Well done to all the staff.

Having to leave the Hotel after our stay.

The breakfast was good but some of the dishes that supposed to be served hot were just warm. The selection was very good and the coffee great. It wasn’t clear to us that we could have order omelet 😥. The location was great, next to the monorail and the central bus station. The international street was less than 10 minutes walk.

Always a great experience at Rihga Royal Gran. I usually book this hotel the night before I fly out of Okinawa, for last minute relaxation and convenience to the airport. The staff is amazing, the room (especially the bathroom) is spectacular, and a quick monorail ride to the airport. There are lots of great places nearby for dinner and/or drinks.
