The staff was attentive and friendly and the security in the hotel was excellent. There was a variety of restaurants that surrounded the property that you could walk to from the hotel.

I booked through booking.com and when we arrived, the room is not what we reserved. They had a premium room with one bed and we requested two beds. They provided us with a supreme room with two beds since the other premium rooms with two beds were booked. Also, booking.com in their description of the amenities and extras was incorrect. The hotel does not provide bath robes and slippers.

I have been in Madrid, Paris, NY city, and this is by far the best hotel ever in my book. The attention to detail is unbelievable. The room was immaculate, the automatic curtains detail was an amazing experience. The 24 hours room service were really fast and efficient in any question or petition. The restaurants around the hotel are one of the best in the country. I will come back soon just to live the experience again. Thank you.

I can't write anything negative about this hotel, because everything was immaculate and perfect.

The soundproofing of the rooms is exceptional. Although the hotel is located in an area with heavy vehicular traffic, you don't hear a peep in your room. The rooms are very large and well-appointed. The bathroom is also very large and has all the convenient amenities. Punto San Paulo, where it is situated, has several top-notch restaurants right at the doorstep.

Of course, the price could have been better, but considering the quality of the hotel, it is fair...

The hotel was beautiful, seemed new, everything was nice. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was very big, which was nice. I loved a light under the bed that turned on automatically, so to go to the bathroom you didn't need to turn on the light.

You needed to put the card in the entrance for the room to have energy, which was a disadvantage because the weather outside was VERY hot, and when you entered the room it was uncomfortably hot already. The AC didn't went lower than 19C. Sometimes I woke up sweating because of this. Also the curtains were not working right, it had another building in the front so I needed to keep the shades closed, but it always closed the blackout, the option of closing only the screen was not working. The room was very dark, day or night.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. All kinds of good restaurants and amenities around. Very lively neighborhood. The rooms are really very well insulated. The noise of the busy area doesn't come through...Very comfortable oversized beds

WiFi was difficult to connect to but I think it was a temporary issue because I didn't have that problem the first time. The smell of the cleaning products used in the common areas is a bit overwhelming. They should switch to a less fragrant brand...

The luxury experience at this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel like a VIP. The room was beautifully decorated, with plush bedding and stunning views of the city. The amenities, such as the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and helped me relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. What I liked best, however, was the exquisite dining options. The restaurant's innovative menu and impeccable service made every meal a culinary delight.

Spacious room, neat blinds for windows. Great location

The cups suck for coffee machine or tea making. Only expresso size. Impossible to make a proper cup of tea. I had to get creative and use bathroom glass.
