Breakfast was most excellent☺️ everything was very fresh and also clean. The staff was really great about putting both of my booked rooms next to each other.

The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was barely lukewarm in the pool was freezing. The pool room itself was very cold, so for the room prices and not having a comfortable hot tub and a really cold pool, it was a little disappointing as that's why I wanted to stay at this establishment with my children. It was even too cold for the children to swim and children are usually able to swim in colder temperatures than adults if I can tell you how cold the water was.

Location and clean

They didn’t have my reservation in the system. Had confirmation on booking.com they charged me more than what I was guaranteed for when I booked it. The staff wouldn’t return the call for the pricing change. The breakfast was not the best waffle mix was not mixed right so waffles were paper thin. They couldn’t keep the eggs and sausage full. Tables were dirty from last people who ate.

I’ve stayed here for many nights through the years and this place always meets and exceeds my expectations. A little pricey but I’ve seen the alternatives in this town and you definitely get what you pay for.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe more towels in the room but other than that I’m satisfied…

Short one night stay on the way from South Dakota to Yellowstone. Comfy room, quick check in, all clean, standard breakfast.

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. I had some training materials delivered to the hotel before my arrival and the staff were very helpful with storage and retrieval. Their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Location was great.

The window had a window air conditioner stuck in a piece of light weight plastic that left the room very unsecure. If I had been traveling alone, I would have requested another room. The regular air conditioner seemed to be working fine, so I didn't see the point of the window air conditioner.

Everything to check in to the room to the bed hot clean shower. Towels was soft!! K.cup coffee maker in room. Bed was so comfortable like a freakin cloud!! 10 out of 10!! Must stay here!! I will b coming back to this one. Oh and full breakfast from cereal to waffles to muffins. Everything was so great. Inside pool n hot tub. Open till ten pm

their occupancy was next to nothing the night I stayed. I requested 2 beds in my original reservation. as the rock. was for me and my daughter. why they couldn’t put me in a room with 2 beds upon check in baffles me. I’d consider it a downgrade (requested one at that).

It’s was really clean and comfortable.

I picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub for the grandson to swim. But the water was cold in both so he couldn’t swim or get In hot tub, other than that place was great.

Close to all necessities. And the highway. Breakfast was good. However, housekeeping was trying to come in our room at 8:15 and check out wasn’t until 11.
