Location and the amenities were great. The staff we meet in the morning were very welcoming and helpful. The rest of our stay with our large group was great.

We called in the morning to advise we would be a late late check in. The staff we spoke with was wonderful and took care of getting us checked in early so we only had to pick up our key from the front desk. When we arrived the staff working the desk was asleep (snoring) on the lobby sofa. I waited and when the rest of my group came in a little louder than me we woke him up and he had a poor attitude and wouldn't even speak to us. We had to explain to him we were already checked in and just needed to get the key and when asked where the restrooms were located he just pointed... couldn't be bothered from his nap I guess. This will not stop us from booking here again just proved to be poor customer service at the start

Wow! Was very impressed after week long trip. Cleanest and nicest location we stayed all week. Parking lot well lit and easy access to room. Quiet location and modern fill. Was great to have a nice bathroom for a hot shower after a week of staying in hotels. Definitely the best stay we had after a week of traveling and staying in 7 different locations.

Only concern was at breakfast. We slept in and got to breakfast later than normal. Lots of people in line. One parent was letting her son in front of us fill his plate up with almost all the bacon and waffles. She said some to him about it and he smarted off that it was free. Perhaps ther should be a sign to be respectful that others in line are waiting as well.

I called the front desk before check out to figure out how to sign out on my YouTube account. Front desk didn't know. Message on TV/internet said I would be signed out automatically when I checked out. It was a confusing message since it really wasn't necessary for me to sign out of YouTube, but the front desk not knowing how to do so was a bit unprofessional.

The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. I was happy that extra towels were given to me at the front desk as well.

They didn't have the big Belgium waffles this time around. Also my friend had the yogurt, and although it wasn't the expiration date, it was already spoiled. If you're fond of swimming, just know that the pool is pretty small, and doesn't go deep.

The waffles from the breakfast were great! The gym / fitness room was nice. The dining area was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the woman at the front desk getting me hot water when the thermos was empty.

I wish the pool was bigger. There were certain areas of the dining area which were close to an exit door, and they let in a lot of the cold air. (Please keep in mind, this stay was for early February.)

Great location and good selection of breakfast in the morning. The pool area was small but was still okay to jump in and get wet before heading on the road.

Perhaps a jacuzzi or hot tub but with Covid, I totally understand. There was a sound like someone drilling or building something late at night. Then I heard some dogs barking at 1:00 a.m. in the morning. It sounded like they were in the parking lot in a car or in one of the rooms in the hotel. After 15-20 minutes they stopped barking. I was too tired to call the front desk as I had been driving all day from South Carolina and was too tired to call.

Nice and brand new facility is off on its own due to no surrounding development yet. Facility was clean and modern.

The bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on concrete! I'm really not sure if it was due to them being so new or they were just terrible mattresses, but they were so bad

Didn't like when it was time to leave

It was a short drive to restaurants. We stayed in this area because this was about 1.2 way to our destination. The facility was new and clean.

The beds were s little soft.

Breakfast was a little light on choices, but what I ate was very good. The location was fine, but I was there to visit Gettysburg. I chose Fairfield because it was available and was a better value than those near Gettysburg.
