I made only one night stop in Nowy Targ, and I chose this hotel because they had a 24-hour open reception. I arrived late and wanted to get into my room quickly. The reception desk service was as fast as I expected, with kind staff.

I didn't really check any other options at the booking besides the 24-hour reception. The parking and breakfast were not included in the price, which was fine for me since I didn't plan to have breakfast as I left early the next morning. However, if breakfast is important to someone else, I recommend checking what is included and what the final price will be.

We arrived for a one night stay only. Allowed us to park right next to hotel entrance were the security cameras were. Staff were friendly and assistive, check-in was fast, baby cot was prepared in our room as requested. Room was clean and with a great view. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Top central location, 24 hours open Kebab place just 3 minutes walk from hotel for those who arrive quite late for example. Great value for money!

Our room was very affordable, had a great view, and it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Short walking distance to the square. We had a bottle of wine to open but no cork screw. The front desk came in clutch with one for us to borrow.

We were a little confused upon arrival and parked in the garage below ground and weren't sure how to enter the actual hotel through the shopping area. That was probably an us thing, not a hotel thing.

The hotel is very clean. There is a small shopping centre below the hotel as well as a park nearby. It is a very quiet location and close by to most stores and restaurants.

The bed had a deep gouge (heavily worn down) with the spring sticking out of mattress. The staff were able to provide a different room with a much better mattress.

Room was clean and nice - ideal for two people. Staff was very professional. The breakfast was great with lot of choices and beautiful view from the restaurant. We were really satisfied.

Mattress was too soft for us, but this may not be a problem for someone else. Maybe 2 cards (keys) for a room could be a good idea - when there are two of you, you have to go everywhere together (there's no electricity without card in the room).

Really nice, comfortable hotel in the center. The hotel is clean, has good size rooms, with some nice views on the mountains. the parking was safe and big. Breakfast was really delicious with many options and some really nice staff serving it. We had a great time.

We were very satisfied with the service of this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is on the eighth floor with beautiful views. The best part has been the pancakes :) Thank you for all your attention and help. We loved being able to stay there. We will stay again at B&B accommodations.

Convenient location close to bus station. Spacious room and bathroom. Well-equipped and quiet. High floors and panoramic views. Kind staff. Very good breakfast in nice dinning room. Excellent value for the price.

Everything was perfect

Not specific to the hotel: language barriers (communicating in English was difficult) sometime proved challenging in Poland.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was quite big and We had a very beautiful view outside of our window. The location was perfect as it was in the main city center. There was air conditioning too which was quite relieving on hot evenings. The cleaning staff was very professional and took good care of our room.
