Location was excellent 600m away from Central Station, it was really convenient for me as I was using the light rail daily. Room was really great and exceeded my expectations, although the hotel is on a really busy intersection with loads of traffic and ambulance sirens it did not bother me too much as the sound was only really heard when windows were open. Breakfast is really different from what you would get in Europe or most countries but authentic and kosher so also forms part of the Israel experience, although I missed fried sausages and meats I really enjoyed something different (and they make a awesome pizza in the morning)

Excellent location within 15 minute walking distance to Mahaneh Yehudah Market and 40 minutes to the Old City. Free secured parking available under the hotel (very cool for Jerusalem) . Great window sound insulation from the very loud traffic and honking outside.

Very very strong cleaning detergent scent in the room, which caused headaches and took days to dissipate with the window continuously open. Unfriendly staff that seemed very bothered when I asked for basic assistance, such as check-in and parking directions. Parking exits into a mall only and could not be accessed directly from the hotel unless you walk on a steep road (note for others: wheelchair unaccessible) in traffic. Heating is strong and could only be turned on or off, not responsive to thermostat. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am on both days to ask if we needed cleaning despite the "do not disturb" sign. Room is not sound proof and you will hear any and all conversations outside.

Good hotel with free parking, which is a great thing in Jerusalem, as it's very hard to find parking... The room service was great, helpful desk staff and the night security (Man) was polite and helpful. There's a small shopping mall below the hotel. The Rav Shefa mall is not far (quicker to go by walk, as there's crazy traffic during daytime).

I was overall very happy to stay here, just one thing that I didn't like. The customer service of the security lady in the daytime needs improvement as well with her attitude to guests... I rented a car and the car park for the hotel (which is free) is in level -3 as the upper 2 levels are for the shopping centre. She never opened the barrier at the front (main entrance) when I needed to stop even for a min (to pick up my family, etc...) I always had to go to the car park 3 levels below and then go through the shopping centre, which takes at least an extra 10 minutes... (At night, there's another security. He was more helpful!)

Great location, in a walking distance from the Central Station, train and the light train. Many bus stops around. Tasty breakfast with a good choice of salads, cheese & pastry. Very nice staff. Room was simple, but clean. Always available hot water at the shower and set of cosmetics.

It is next to a busy crossroad, construction site and a hospital, so the noise from the street and ambulances was heard even with closed windows until after midnight. Wifi connection was poor- during 2 out of 4 evenings I couldn't hold a Zoom meeting.

Jerusalem Hotel was really near the station of all the bus. We can eat breakfast and dinner. They prepare for me a dinner box because I arrive really late after the dinner time .so it was really nice and kind

Just a noise. Because actually they received a lot families they live in the south of Israel.so a lot a lot of children and noise. Also it will really appreciate if they can ask to a cleaner personnel to don't " shout " the morning when they came for cleaning the room

Facilities for Orthodox Jewish travelers are exceptional. Mikveh on premises, Shul, food is the highest standard of Kashrus. Very clean rooms. Gigantic lobby, coffee and tea 24 hours. Very good location. Near central bus and train stations. Parking on premises, while you walk around and shop Jerusalem.

Beds are a little too narrow. Israeli standard I guess. Had only one chair in the room for two. Room described some kind of wine or champagne, never seen it.

Great location. courteous staff. great breakfast. free parking. easy access to center 1 mall. easy access to central bus station and light rail to city center. Security desk very helpful with luggage and storage. All in all a very good accommodation. Was there for a week.

very nice and clean room

This was initially very good value in my opinion, but I needed to stay an extra 2 hours after checkout. They agreed but added 35% to my bill. I thought that was excessive.

nice staff. Roseanne very helpful at the desk. Security detail was very courteous and took care of check in and check out at the curb entrance. Security room stored our bags before and after checking or out. A coat I left at the hotel was returned to me by the security personnel. I was grateful. Great breakfast and free parking.

Excellent location for train station and Romema. Comfortable modern room. Nice gesture of some wine and chocolates on arrival. New, powerful shower and modern bathroom. Good breakfast spread.

Unhelpful security guard and kid behind the desk when I wanted to drop my suitcase off at 5am before check-in (as arranged by email before arrival). Shower had a leak. Noisy streets outside even with double glazing. No minyan bc off-season. Wasn't advised of this when queried before arrival via email.
