Clean, updated rooms. Given an upgraded room at no additional cost. Nice staff.

Pullout couch was new and still had transport tie downs on it. Unable to open so I asked front desk and tgey just said to "manhandle it." Had to find a way to cut the tie straps and remove plastic covering the mattress. Then, had to call front desk again to get bedding.

The set up of this property is great. Loved the indoor pool and that it is open 24 hours! Also, the breakfast was better quality than any other continental breakfast I’ve had. The staff were very accommodating and informative. I will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Lovely room spacious with attractive furniture. Good bed beautiful grounds with picnic tables and a serene small stream. Very short walk to down town Nevada City

The room was a good size and quite comfortable. The location was perfect, and it was easy to turn left onto Hwy 50. Because we came in late, many local restaurants were closed. The reception clerk gave us a good recommendation for Los Gallos, in walking distance, and we had a good meal. The breakfast provided was better than many we experienced on this trip.

This is just a personal taste issue - the bacon was sweet, which I didn't like. But I guess a lot of people do, so not expecting a change based on my one opinion :)

It was convenient to the places we needed to go. The room was a good size (handicapped)

The loud children in the pool area and running up and down the hall in front of our room. Really not a hotel problem, a bad parent problem.

The room was spacious and laid out nicely. Keurig coffee maker was an excellent plus.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I probably managed 4 hours of sleep.
