Stepping back in time. Centrally located in the old town, hidden from the streets. Narrow cobbled stone paths leading to it. Fabulous building with beautiful rooms, a private court yard and numerous roof terraces. Everything you need is catered for. Excellent Turkish breakfast. In walking distance of shops, restaurants, The Bazaar, tourist attractions and the museums. The best of this hotel, is the staff. Absolutely fantastic service. They are friendly and can’t do enough for you. This is really the best hospitality we’ve had in Turkey. Our luggage was fetched from the parking lot and driven by motorcycle to the hotel and back to the car on our departure. We will be back next year.

It is a small, but very nice hotel, with very charming rooms. The building is very beautiful. We went in January, it was a bit cold, so we were very happy that the water and air heating worked properly. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is excellent! The location is good, near Balikgol, Archeological and Mosaic Museums, and the bazar. Using public transportation, you can go easily to Gobekli Tepe.

The bathroom of our room was a bit small. But everything worked properly. We stayed in a triple room. In spite of being a charming room, it was a bit small with few places to organize clothes and so on.

lovely Hotel in Antique style just a short walk from the Grand Baazar, Balikligol, Urfa castle etc. Excellent local style freshly prepared breakfast (bakery just opposite!). Staff are really friendly and helpful. we drove to the hotel and the free car park was a short walk away but all our bags were transferred by the hotel so no stress there. great local knowledge about where to eat and what to see! The rooms are well equipped and aircontioned in tradtional style in keeping with the hotel , bathrooms and showers were modern and everything was very clean.. Loved it.

What a beautiful hotel this was From the time we walked in hotel staff made us as comfortable as it could be A specially Mehmet and Kerim was so nice , they made us stay like it was our own house Rooms were big enough for us 3 my wife and my 8 year old daughter Breakfast was amazing Never ever experienced anything like it (besides all you can eat buffet breakfast) A special thanks to Merve , who served our breakfast every morning with smile on her face every time we see her She was lovely Restaurant s was close by , Balikli göl was like your back yard , 5 min walking distance Taksi station was near you

Liked everything about this hotel Ps They make you Turkish coffee ,tea and dnt ask you for any extra I thought that was so nice of them As I payed 800 lira for 4 coffee s in hotel we stayed in Istanbul

The hotel is a very beautiful mansion in old town with a beautiful courtyard and terraces, unique design of rooms, "medieval" from one side and very modern and well furnished from another side, just 15 minutes walk to Balikli Gel and most attractions. A very good Turkish breakfast is served in the morning. We would like to thank the hotel staff who were very helpful and attentive. If you want to feel the unique atmosphere of Sanliurfa it will be the right choice.

A jewel of a boutique hotel at a heart of a beautiful city of Sanliurfa. It’s an antique small hotel with only 8 rooms and beautiful breakfast/tea area. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious every day , home made using a local produce. Location is perfect , few steps to the market and historic sites. Staff absolutely amazing, they couldn’t do enough to make you comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I would love to come back there again.

Very lovely, cozy rooms, each with different decor. Very pretty inner courtyard to sit and drink tea. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in rooms. Quiet location but still right in the middle of the old town within close walking distance of the sights, restaurants and shops. Very tasty breakfast with excellent flatbread

The room was too bright in the morning: the curtains covered the regular window well and were dark enough. But the (admittedly pretty) stained-glass-window above it let in all the sunlight as there was no curtain.

The hotel is really beautiful and different. You feel like you're sleeping in a cave (in a good way). The bed was amazingly comfortable! The breakfast each morning was one of the best I encountered on my travels through Turkey on this trip. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They don't speak English, but Google Translate worked well for us. I highly recommend that you have them book tours for anything you want to see with Ridvan Derin. We hired him to take us to some of the historic sites nearby. We ended up spending the whole day with him and he provides a beautiful, immersive experience that makes you feel that you are part of the place. He speaks English well and is extremely knowledgeable. We also got to experience a Kurdish dinner, and se the sunset from the Roman fort. He is amazing! Make sure to book him (through the front desk) as your guide for anything you'd like to see in the area.

I had a smaller room and while the sleeping area was fine, the bathroom was very small. The biggest issue was that there was no counter space or shelf space for me to put my toiletries. I had to put them on the dresser in the bedroom and bring them in as needed and put them on the toilet lid while I was using them. Also, there was no way to cover the window because it was very high, so the light would wake me up earlier in the morning than I wanted. The wifi in my room wasn't working while I was there and I had to go out into the courtyard to use it. I didn't mind too much because it was a beautiful place to hang out. None of these were huge issues for me, just something to be aware of.

We were offered a wonderfully varied Turkish breakfast with lots of local food choices. The breakfast area, rooms and coutyard are very pleasant spaces. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful when asked for help getting places especially when we used the translation app. The hotel is close to Balikgol and the bazaar.

A better storage area/solution for clothes would be helpful.

A wonderful stay where staff go above and beyond with their service and cleanliness. The rooms are spotless, the location is in a great spot close to the city centre with touristic spots but it is also a historical building. The staff will stop at nothing to ensure your stay at Urfa is everything you wanted. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be coming back!
