It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the stations were well maintained. The room was very comfortable. I brought my dog and the room was well located to take him out. Thanks!

There was a delay at the time of check in due to computer issues. On a separate occasion I made arrangements for an extension of one hour at check out and there was miscommunication with the desk the day of check out. Arrangements were not communicated to the staff so I received a call on my way back to the hotel from my conference asking about checking out. Staff acknowledged later they were able to find the information written down on the previous day. Staff seemed nice and he, it just seemed like they could have used some support at the front desk. Thank you!

I stayed an extra night and they let us use the same room where we didnt have move rooms and it was nice and comfortable i was gladit had all the washing commiteries and we used the hot tub it was nice and relaxing went swimming too the pool was heated but could of been a little warmer it was like getting into luke warm bath it was nice to sit in the hot tub and relax.

The cards turn off the day we was supposed to check out before we checked out and it wasnt check out time yet till 12 but we left at 9 couldnt get back into the rooms with the cards we had

Liked the pleasant and helpful staff, extended hours to use the pool, cleanliness of the rooms, location near to campus. WiFi worked well. Nice to have the option of an onsite breakfast.

It was hard to control the room temperature. It started out way too warm, had to use the AC then keep a window cracked open to cool it down. The sound of the heater woke me up every few minutes during the night, eventually had to shut it down completely. The shower was warm and water plentiful, but the shower head only sprayed a fine mist in a wide pattern, so it was very hard to get shampoo out of my hair.

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and mostly clean as well. The hotel uses Dove brand in the shower and near the sink, and that's one of the better brands I've seen in a hotel. I also really enjoy Hot Mama's, a coffee place that this hotel shares a parking lot with. This was my second stay here and most likely not my last.

Our shower had soap all over the walls so that was odd. Breakfast is definitely lacking, but the biscuits and gravy were alright.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent, including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc.

Room was next to an elevator so some noise associated with that. Sheer curtains were shredded and when reported to the front desk, no indication that they thought that was a problem that needed to be addressed.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice little backyard area with gas fire pits. Beds were super comfortable.

We moved into a different room because the fire alarm kept going off in our room. And the room they put us in, was clearly a former smokers room.

The beds were just perfect. The cleanliness of our room was just fine.

The double queen room could have been bigger -- one bed jammed against window. The bathroom was extraordinarily small, and when the door was open, it blocked the exit door.

Property was well maintained and staff was pleasant.

It felt like the rooms needed a deep refresh. Wood door to bathroom was showing wear and bathtub was chipped the lampshade was damaged on the night stand . Corner chair was showing wear and needed to be cleaned or better yet replaced.

the selection was good, but they aren't able to keep the egg omelette hot or cheese inside was not even melted and same with the bacon and sausage the warmers were not doing the job that they needed to do. the butter was very cold could not spread it on toast or anything.

keep the butter out at breakfast and please heat up the meat and eggs.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I loved the outdoor space with the fire pits.

Vegetarian breakfast meats would’ve been nice. We were dropping our child off at Walla Walla University and the hotel didn’t cater to families with a vegetarian diet. Also, the carpet in our room was quite dirty and needed a good cleaning.
