We stayed for 3 nights on a short getaway with my wife. An excellent value for money if you are travelling on a tight budget. It's about a 25 minutes bus ride to the city centre and close to the airport (airplane noise is NOT an issue). They provide free public transport passes which is extremely useful. The staff was helpful in everything we requested. Room had a coffee machine, a fridge, a small kitchen with plates and cutlery, an iron, and a hair dryer. We had breakfast which is okay - we would appreciate a bit more variety but no complaints.

Mattress was a bit soft for our likes but no big deal.

Fantastic apartment hotel in Geneva and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to transport links for tourists, making it simple to explore the city. The hotel also provides free tea and coffee in the lounge area, which was a lovely touch. The room decoration is stylish and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the facilities are top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing could be improved; everything was perfect!

Room is of good size. Beautiful view from the third floor (see pictures from the window). The glass window takes up a whole wall of the room with beautiful view of nature extending to the far away mountains. Curtains fully close off the light when you sleep. Bed: big and comfortable. Responsive staff. Excellent location: big grocery store beside the hotel and a coop a short walk a way. Decent café and restaurants near by (very short walk) in the beautiful village across the street. Safe area. Buses right in front of the hotel to the airport and Cornavin, and you can take connecting buses to other places. Room is cleaned every day. Fridge, microwave and cooker available in small kitchenette which also has convenient cutlery. Bathroom clean and everything functions well. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

the fridge could have been better ventilated because it was a bit smelly

Free coffee, chocolate, tea e.t.c. ALL day long. Super Markets (Coop Denner Migros Lidl) walking distance from the hotel. M/W oven, refrigerator and full kitchen utensils. Bus stop 10 meters from the hotel. Polite stuff. Good enough but not excellent breakfast. A little far from town center but all the above worth the distance.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I must in this case. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be "AWESOME" One of the best places I've ever stayed. The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable, the mattress and pillows are simply magical❤️ There is everything you need to prepare meals, plus coffee and tea upon arrival. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The hotel also gives a free transport card with access to all public transport in Geneva. The people working at the hotel are super nice, always smiling, and helpful. If I ever come back here, I'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks a million❤️ Ula

Simply amazing ❤️

Lovely room with access to the terrace and very dog friendly. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was excellent, however, we didn’t receive the warm welcome I was expecting when we arrived.

The receptionist was pleasant and professional but not very helpful. We asked if she could recommend a restaurant for dinner, as it was Sunday she suggested taking the bus into the centre. Obviously, we were travelling with our small very well behaved dog, she suggested finding somewhere that we could tie the dog outside whilst we ate. We did our own research and found a lovely dog friendly restaurant, with great food and service. Il Marinaio is definitely worth a visit.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and, although compact, was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large terrace with a great view. The location was very convenient, with a supermarket right downstairs, and the free underground parking was a huge bonus.

However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. ‼️The bathroom lacked a shelf or caddy to hold toiletries like shampoo and shower gel, which was quite inconvenient. ‼️The all-white walls combined with the very bright, white lighting in the bathroom felt harsh and glaring, not soft or relaxing. ‼️Additionally, the shared terrace was divided by a line of plants that were withered and dead. It looked neglected and didn't serve its purpose.

Functional location for travel with a family of four travelling by car with a roof box and bike rack. Secure underground parking for the duration of the stay was included. Geneva is EXPENSIVE and this hotel was excellent value, with a kitchenette for cooking (a hob, microwave and fridge with two saucepans and limited utensils only) and free transport cards provided for into town (no changes into town, every 10-15 minutes until the early hours). There is a Lidl underneath the hotel which provided breakfast and dinner on one evening. Laundry facilities were available on site but we didn't use them. Nice shared reception area with football table and chess board for the kids. Not a lot around the area food wise. Staff were friendly and gave excellent recommendation for dinner in town. Very good option for CERN as its a 4-5 minute drive.

Air-con just in the lounge. It was 41 degrees when we were there and because the kids were in the lounge and the door closed between bedroom and lounge, we were hot in the bedroom. Only 3 dining chairs for an apartment sleeping 4 and no balcony / poor views (other side of the hotel was probably better).

We were hesitant to book here- due to location far from city center. Once we arrived, we actually added another night. The staff were friendly and helpful. At check-in, staff clearly wrote down bus instructions. The city bus is right in front of the building. So easy to ride the bus, and free. Runs til 1 am. Food in Switzerland has been expensive- not here at the grocery store on lower level. Huge store, amazing prices and variety. Wish we would have gone here first! Room has kitchenette. Room was clean, terrace is shared, but large and nice . Nice sunset view from terrace. Laundry and gym facilities a bonus

On arrival finding the parking and entrance from parking was confusing.

A very beautiful and clean, modern hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor with access to a large shared terrace, where we had the opportunity to eat, relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the view of the stunning mountains and approaching airplanes. There is a Lidl store next to the building, where you can shop, and we also had a small kitchen in the room, so we had the opportunity to prepare our own meals. The (free) bus stop is right in front of the building.

We couldn’t turn off the air conditioning, so it was running constantly. Of course, you can increase the temperature, but the airflow continues. It’s usually very good—except if you have a cold.
