The location and the value was great and I enjoyed being in walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The facility was clean, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite spacious and was easy to move around with ease.

There was no iron or ironing board. When I called the front desk around 6:30am to inquire, someone picked up the phone and advised that no one was at the front desk and that they should be in later, but that person wasn't sure of the time. I was told that other guests had the few irons. I was really surprised that irons were not in every room especially for travelers that might need to touch up their clothing before they attend an event.

Housekeeping never came to service room my time there . I was at this location for a week and I never received service . When you’re paying nearly $700 a week, service should be provided at least 2-3 times a week . I understand it’s an extended stay but it’s unacceptable that I have to throw my trash in the dumpster outside and clean my own room when housekeeping is supposed to do that .

Each bed only had 2 pillows and they are pretty flat. Would like to have seen 4 on each bed for guests that like more to their pillow. Nobody is at the desk at night so kept forgetting to ask for extra pillows during the day. Stove did not work in our unit and there was nobody there until the next day to fix it so unable to make dinner. No coffee makers in the rooms or lobby, no breakfast available here and no pool.

This was actually my second time staying at WoodSpring Suites, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The hotel is impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. Its location is ideal - close to both Dearborn and Detroit, with easy access to the airport and three major highways within minutes. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and my room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. Having free parking was a big plus, and the laundry facilities were a welcome convenience for extended stays.

The only thing missing was utensils in the kitchenette. For travelers who like to prepare light meals or snacks, having basic utensils would be a great addition. Also during one instance, I did detect a faint odor that could potentially be marijuana smoke in the elevator.

The rooms were very nice and I liked that it was not a carpeted floor and the bed was off the ground. Very clean hotel and fairly new looking. I would stay again.

Some kind of continental breakfast or drink station. There was coffee but no creamer(except plain powdered packets). I know that it is extended stay and you expect people to have their own stuff for the room, but some people are just there for a few days. If there was a restaurant nearby for breakfast that might make it ok.

Great location, off the freeway, beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, great security protocol, plenty of parking, restaurants and mall in short walking distance, Downtown Detroit is only a 15min drive

No iron or ironing board in the room, no ice bucket or glasses, flooring under the tub in room 425 is weak and you can hear it cracking while you’re standing in the shower (I’m only 156lbs and my husband is under 200lbs so imagine if someone was 200+ lbs).

Large clean room, Bathroom was very clean and hot water all day. Public transport 5 minutes walk away in town centre. A couple of places to eat very close.

Reception staff on check in seemed as if it was too much trouble. Other staff were fine.

Price, location, room cleanliness.

There was an odd smell in hallway.. may be carpet needs cleaning. Also, AT&T Uverse picture on TV kept sticking on every channel..Need 2 more pillows on bed...and iron & ironing boards weren't available. Also voltage for charging phones was way too slow.

The room was very clean with upgraded small kitchen area for quick meals! Would advise if you plan to have an extended long stay bring your own cooking materials and utensils

New, immaculate hotel 5 minutes drive from the Henry Ford Museum. My suite had a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, and electric cooktop. TV with YouTube support, nice-looking sofa. Big free parking.

No kitchen utensils. No coffee machine. No iron.
