Good Location near Palma and the airport.

S'Arenal doesn't seem like a great area though for staying long term. We only stayed a night as we landed very late at night and couldn't get a rental car

I spent 4 days here with my daughter in connection with running the Marathon. We had an excellent stay. Everything looked neat. Good value for money. Often apartments and hotels are noisy. This did not bother us because we slept with earplugs and because it was very quiet in the hotel. Definitely worth repeating at the next marathon. What was a plus is the bus stop very close by that can take you anywhere for a low price. The Netherlands can learn something from that.

Upon arrival, the room could have been a little cleaner. This is a detail. Example is that there were dead mosquitoes against the furniture. The mattresses were good, but the beds were a little shaky.

On arrival we were offered a drink, which I have only ever had in much more expensive hotels... the room was a very good size, and very clean and tidy throughout. The bathroom was also clean with an excellent shower. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel but it doesn't claim to be... It is five minutes walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by, and the bus to Palma and the airport leaves right outside. I really couldn't fault it

The only (minor) negative was wanting to charge to use the safe in the room. Never come across that before... but it's a trivial thing

A short distance from the nearest beach. The balcony from the room was great to catch a little view from the sea and the sunset (at least partially). Not very far from the airport (didnt hear airplanes)! A short distance (by car/bus) from Palma if you want to vist the city but not stay in the city!

Breakfast was great but altough the food was exposed, one had to ask a lady precisely what he wanted from that "buffet". The swiming pool closed earlier and opened later than I needed for my late and early swims. Still too urban/citadine for someone seeking relax and nature.

Clean rooms, a large buffet that changes a bit every day, young but friendly staff. The pool area is nice and clean, although not that deep (1.5m). Free sunbeds and both shade and sun at the pool all day. The staff speaks Spanish, English, and German. The reception is manned all night (we arrived at 1 am and were received with a smile). Close to the beach! Simple check-in and check-out.

The nearest parking is a small walk away, unless you are very lucky with street parking. Not the most cozy hotel, but all facilities are working as they should and you will likely spend the day at the beach anyway.

Clean and functional, room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and reception 24/7 so helpful as our plane was delayed. Great location for the beach and restaurants but at the end of the action so quiet for a good nights sleep. (This was in May si might get rowdier later on in the season) Bus stop is so close for travel into palma old town and central bus station. Super close to airport but wee were never bothered by plane noise at all. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, loads of options with specials every day. The kitchen clearly took pride in making it special

We only had one chair on our balcony so could have done with two. We didn’t end up spending much time out there. Would be nice to be able to log into Netflix (or other apps) on tv to watch in English but we didn’t end up needing that so very minor. Bigger towels would be nice but this is a problem I have everywhere, how small is the avg human being??

Room was nice, comfy, breakfast delicious and very close to the beach and to the party area. But despite this, it was very quite, very well isolated rooms, you could not hear the noise from outside.

We've had ants in our room, all over, climbing on lockers and everywhere. We asked for another room and the problem was solved, as the staff was really friendly and they apologised about the inconvenience. . But apparently this is a challenge in Mallorca, as the ants like Mallorca and are in many hotels in El Arenal :))

Arenal is a small village near Palma, and due to it being the playground of German tourists, the prices are lower than at Palma. This hotel is away from the noisy/drunk/party zone, but close enough to walk to the beach; it is very quiet at night, too. The staff at reception was fantastic, really helpful with tips, the check-in and out, general recommendations, etc. The hotel itself is super clean and the room is comfortable and light. It depends on what the purpose of your trip is, but as a base to explore the island, it's perfect - you can easily park in the area (unlike Palma) and there are direct buses to the airport and to Palma. A great value for money and with excellent service.

Nothing - we were very happy with this hotel. Be aware that Arenal is a very popular destination with German and Dutch tourists looking for cheap drinks and party, so it's not exactly the most beautiful area of the island. But the hotel is great.

The room was immaculate, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Organised us a cab for the airport. Made us fresh packed lunch as we had an early flight so would have missed breakfast. This hotel was pleasantly surprising and I felt really safe there.

I couldn’t fault this hotel for the price and how welcoming the staff were. There is also a lovely restaurant just across the street which serve fresh food and drinks.

We had 6 of us, 4 kids and 2 adults. We only stayed one night to get to the airport the next morning. Beds were comfortable, windows when closed were sound proof from the busy night life. We walked to the colosseum. Had some washing and drying to do which was very convenient. Shower was hot. We also walked to termini station at 5am and felt safe. Perfect for us.
