The manager was very helpful. The end of the hall was being remodeled. During remodeling the worker need to clean the halls and common areas so that people will return. The pictures in the bathroom were not level when attached to the walls. Having remodeled and stagged many homes the small details need to be covered. Overall the room was good for one night. Repairs need to be completed with the up most of care.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, the area was very neat and the manager made sure that she came around to check the cleanliness and everyone was satisfied. The staff was great and very helpful at all times. Anything that I needed or had questions about the ladies at the desk made sure that they helped out with everything.

Staff were nice, clean rooms. Bed was comfortable.

Was redoing the parking lot. So limited parking. The side doors didn’t work to let you in Only let you out, so had to run in the Rain to the front door. Couldn’t park in front because of the parking lot being redone. Pillows not comfortable at all. Would put head on and it would smush right down to nothing.

I loved how friendly and kind the staff were. They went out of their way to give a smile and be helpful.

There were a few broken items- one of the door scanners leading to the parking lot was broken, closet door would stick, some bedding was ripped, blood stain on the curtain…those were the only unpleasant things

The breakfast was very good in the morning, only problem was milk was sour a couple days. (4 day stay) Also could have had banana's and oranges. Apples were offered each day. Better choice of yogurt too. All in all it was good. I would recommend your hotel to people

I explained in my comment about the things, with breakfast. Upon check in i was told you ask daily for room service. No time was given to request it though. Room was done once.

The room was very nice with plenty of towels etc.The bed sheets smelled fresh and clean as well 👌

The location of the room was too close to the highway traffic hard to sleep.

I like how spacious the room was, and the bed was very comfortable. We came all away from last vegas. And the staff was so welcoming.

My only issue was the bathroom curtains had a little red stain which i dont what it was. But other than that it was decent stay.

The location was great for what I was doing super close to everything. Pretty clean and the staff was great and friendly.

Breakfast! More options would’ve been great like sausage, eggs oatmeal things like that.

Great place to stay, very nice employees and the room was wonderful. Great location, close to everything from malls, grocery stores, restaurants. Ect. I would definitely stay again. And Sophie is the best breakfast place to eat at.

Not to much to dislike. The room was real dusty on the top of the head board. But other wise we didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t tell you about that.
