Location is very good, a few blocks from the main street Very clean room Nice bed Good AC Good size bathroom with good water pressure Good sound proof Good room size (we got the one with the couch) Very positive experience. Our second time in this hotel.

My reservation clearly stated that breakfast would cost RS16 per person per night. I asked the front desk about that and she said she did not know anything about that. She actually said it could have been something offered by a third party company (Booking.com for instance), which was the case. Anyway, we decided to have breakfast at Starbucks at the hotel and I did not like it much, so next day we had breakfast at Starbucks at the main street that seemed to have more options.

It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were sparkling clean and the outside sitting by the restaurant area was really nice. Also loved the restaurant. Food and service were both great!

It was a little farther from the downtown area than I thought it was. Still within walking distance though.

The the economy the way it is, I would have liked to see a small free continental breakfast or some type of grab and go for the guest. With inflation I’d like to stay where I feel most comfortable and have a free small breakfast for staying consistent with patronizing.

I booked on booking.com and it stated a meal/breakfast cost $17.50 per night, per person. It was a false statement. However, the nice front desk clerk who we brought this to her attention upon check out had us show her the charge on booking.com and gave us a breakfast. Not what we expected, we had heard other folks ask the same upn check in. Very nice and excellent breakfast. Nice stay over all. Stacey McKillip

The atmosphere is great- Staff at the front desk and coffee shop friendly and professional The proximity to downtown is excellent We would choose this over the Marcus Whitman at our next visit

Location great. Easy walk to everything. Nice clean facility. Free parking.

Breakfast not complimentary also quite expensive and few choices. Facility does not even have complimentary coffee except Kuerig in your room. Television station choice an absolute joke, and channel changing was tediously slow.

Best and most comfortable place to stay in Walla Walla. I will always choose this spot when possible. Clean, quiet, accommodating.

The pool is great, could use some more gripping material around the pool area. Lots of slipping going on.

Good location and modern hotel

As there was 4 people sharing in in a 2 double queen room housekeeping seemed to be unable to provide 4 of anything.

The room was very nice. It was very clean and good temp.

You have to still pay for breakfast. The pool was a little small but not too bad size.

The breakfast was awesome especially the second time. The first time it was slow and we were served partly by the maintenance person. The people at the desk and the housekeeping people were great!

Printer for boarding passes didn't work. Employees couldn't get it to wok either.
