On-site restaurant was great!

December 24 evening we sat in restaurant for 20 minutes, nobody came and said it was closed, we had to ask ... then were not told we had option for room service, Uber Eats, Rappi, everything was closed ... we got sandwich from 24hr pharmacy, but why didn't the staff we asked if the restaurant was open not tell us we could have room service?

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We also used the gym, which was well-equipped.

At 9 am, a staff member went around knocking on all the room doors and opening when there wasn't a response. We could hear them coming down the hallway and it was very disruptive. Other than that, our stay was great.

What a sparkling clean hotel! What an amazing customer service delivered from each of the employees. This hotel exceeded my expectations, I've stayed in several hotels since 13 years ago and this one was wonderful. The housekeeping team is doing an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel hallways smells really pleasant. Patricia, Teresa and all the reception staff were very friendly and showing professionals attitude, helpful team!. Breakfast was good as well (I loved the omelette). A pharmacy (crossing the street), 2 gas station and a restaurant within a walking distance. Thank you very much for everything and I would love to stay there again on my next Toluca visit.

It was very nice. Rooms are large. The bed was comfortable but could have been a little softer. There are snacks in the hallway by elevator and coffee and a few breakfast things in the morning.

There is no shuttle to the Airport. Taxis charge $100 pesos for a 5 min. ride. There is were no English speakers at this hotel but they worked well with my limited Spanish.

I loved the facilities and the breakfast was awesome

When I checked in the lady that checked me in didn't offer any information about breakfast or even that I needed to use the door card to get on the elevator somebody toom petty on us and showed us

It was well located and everything was clean and tidy.

Food was expensive and it is far away from anything. The building looks old but inside the rooms are ok. The mattress was old and without support. My back hurts.

The bed. Very comfortable.

The breakfast. The poor taste. And something terrible, the watermelon was rotten. I asked a staff member to please remove it from the counter and she did.

Very convenient to reach the airport, clean and comfortable bed.

On the add they announced to have transport to the airport which was non existent

we got a room with king bed, it was ok and comfy, very spacious room, quiet place and close to the beach
