We loved our stay at the Lilium Hotel Santorini! The staff were amazing and always quick to help (they booked our airport transfers which were very reasonably priced). Our room was large and recently decorated. Our private hot tub and terrace had a beautiful caldera bay view - perfect for sunset. Breakfast was varied and yummy! We loved the location - so much privacy compared to the tiny streets and people in Fira/ Oia. The free mini-van service always ran on time. The pool and bar area has one of the best sunset views!

We really enjoyed the free of charge mini-van service from the hotel to Fira town - but more bus times throughout the day would have made this even better.

If you looking for a place to switch off, really switch off, Lilium Hotel is THE PLACE. The calm, the mesmerizing views everywhere you turn, the incredibly kind stuff, the impeccable cleanliness and delicious breakfast. Ticked off all our boxes. And having only 2 nights (one full day), Dimitri guided us beautifully on what's a must see. So we rented a car for 50Euros per day, which conveniently was ordered by and delivered to the hotel. And as we were leaving from the port, we can return it there against 20Euros extra. Maybe next time we even rent the car from the airport upon arrival, as transportation to hotel cost 35 EUR (however not regretting it, we were picked up in a big super clean Mercedes van by a super kind young driver 'Efim' sorry if thats wrongly written). Renting is much nore feasible than taxi costs in Santorini. We went to Kammari Beach, Perissa Beach, the highest point of the island (forgot the name) and even made sunset in Oia - all in one unforgettable day in Santorini. The beauty of Santorini is endless and so is the beauty of Lilium. There is a lovely married couple working in the restaurant... But I won't tell you there names, it will be fun to guess 😉. Ceck out timing is a bit early, 11am, however we chilled at the pool till our Ferry time. Check out the beautiful view that welcomed us at night time upon our arrival.

We would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Good options available for the breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is just outside the Fira town (30 minutes walk from the hotel or 5 minute car). The hotel provided a free shuttle to the town, which was helpful. Perfect place for a detox.

The Lilium Suite was not as private as we’d expected (the rooms in the floor above can see into the private pool). The hot water in the showers do take a while to turn on. It was still a great stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was ideal, nestled perfectly between Fira and Pyrgos, offering breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and incredibly helpful. They provided a shuttle service to Fira, along with other conveniences like tours, scooter rentals, airport pickup, in room massages, laundry service, and more. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only downside we experienced was the inconsistency with the drinks, as they tasted different each time. Additionally, while the restaurant offered room service one night, the next night they informed us they could only deliver pizzas, which was a bit frustrating.

The cleanliness of the room, it was very spacious, the breakfast had a wide variety, although it didn’t change very much from day to day but it was still very enjoyable. The view is absolutely stunning, watching the sunset from the hotel is the best experience. Katarina was extremely helpful and kind as she helped us with many recommendations regarding Santorini. Highly recommend this hotel!

Appreciated that there was the mini van which takes you to Fira but the schedule could be longer as it is until 10.30 PM. All in all, the whole stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have been been traveling with my boyfriend for the past five years and this hotel was so far the best hotel we ever stayed! We stayed at the honeymoon suite which has an amazing caldera view and is isolated from the other rooms, which contributed to our excelent experience! But the views from the common pool area are breathtaking and the view of the sunset there is, in our opinion, the best view we had in santorini (even better from the famous sunset in oia). We also wish to highlight the silence and quiteness of the hotel, even in high season in july, which helped a lot to relax! The staff is really nice and attentive and gave us recommendations of anything we needed to know to discover the island! Lilium hotel offers a great service and we highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and let me tell you EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations! You already know from the photos the view and pool are amazing!! So stunning to watch the sunset in a more quiet romantic setting. We loved that this hotel was quieter and way more private (your not looking into all the other balconies of people below), it is away from the very busy Oia side of Santorini but the shuttle was was easy to use and very convenient to take you in and out of the hustle and bustle when needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions and gave so many helpful tips to exploring all areas of the island. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfy! You need to stay here and experience for yourself!

View from all over the hotel was amazing, you will not be disappointed. The view from this hotel is better than most hotels in Fira and Oia. Breakfast was included and a good variety every day. Good dinner menu. Excellent pool facilities. Free shuttle service to and from Fira. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Staff carried our luggage to and from reception/our room. My mum who has back/mobility issues was able to get up and down the steps easily (which aren’t that many as compared to other hotels), though it is not wheelchair friendly.

Didn’t have a bidet. Shuttle service runs at certain times only. Climbing up and down steps might be troublesome for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport and offers a stunning ocean view. You can enjoy the famous Santorini sunset right from your room or the poolside, eliminating the need to venture elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The staff, including Dora, Dimitris, Alina, Katarina, from reception and Panos from the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Kudos folks !

The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel is 2km from Fira town, requiring reliance on the hotel shuttle (once per hour) or taxis for transportation if you don't have your own car.

I LOVED the location. Breathtaking views and not in the center of Fira, which meant peace and quiet. I would especially recommend this place for people who have a problem with stairs, as this is probably one of the few hotels in Santorini with amazing views and no stairs. I also LOVED our terrace and the EXCELLENT breakfast, and the 24-hr setvice restaurant with very good food and decent prices, unlike most of Santorini. The staff were very helpful and welcoming before we booked and after we arrived, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Would definitely lovevto come back. The hotel/view is just so beautiful, it is hard to leave it.

Although they have a free shuttle bus to Fira, several times a day, I wish they would add one around 11am and around 2pm. But one can still manage. Otherwise, everything was great.
