Excellent location for those passing through town. Easy access to necessities like markets, coffee shops and gas stations. The lobby is welcoming and Julie (the desk agent upon my arrival) was beyond helpful. She came through when I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush. There is a nice continental breakfast set up and although traffic noise is a bit harsh, the overall room noise was very minimal.

Only complaint is the noise from the roadway, which is not something that can be helped aside from a system of using the fan on the AC unit.

The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and was greeted. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, which I appreciated as I needed to go to bed early. One thing I really appreciated was that the door was not on a hinge that made it slam. I was able to open the door and wheel the luggage cart in by myself. The lady at the front desk gave me a recommendation for a restaurant and she steered me right. Best food this trip. It was overall a good stay.

Easy access, very clean, great staff and loved the recommendation for dinner! Sadly on of our kindles got left behind, but, the front desk called me and we are in process of making arrangements to have it mailed to the place we will be visiting. They are very responsive and helpful. Oh and the bed and pillows are really comfortable too!

There was nothing not to like about this location and the property. We would certainly stay there again.

The location was convenient and easy to reach. I was on the ground floor near the office; there was no descernible street noise. There was a coffee pot in the room, but a generous breakfast was served in a room off the lobby. Everything about the stay was better than I had expected, and the front desk manager went out of her way to give me information I needed, and even helped me move items into the room.... and walked my dog!

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. The breakfast was hot and surprisingly good- hot eggs, hash, sausage, and a variety of options. We were 1/2 early without realizing it, so not everything was ready, and they not only served us anyway but apologized that not everything was ready and brought hot eggs to our table when they were.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff from check in to check out were very professional and friendly. Great people.

The mattress (at least in our room) was very uncomfortable. The shower head was very poorly attached to the wall. You couldn't just stand under it; you had to take is off the holder and wash off by hand. Your competition next door has a bright flood light that kept our room lit even with the curtains drawn.

No problems with wi-fi. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water, shower head high enough for this six-footer. No problems with noise, on a Saturday night.

Room was a little small: with the desk chair at full height (so it couldn't fit into the footwell), there was little room to pass between it and the foot of the bed.

The desk clerk on staff that night was exceptional. The breakfast was good.

The TV in the room wasn’t working. The desk clerk, Julie, tried for about an hour to get it to work. She had the maintenance person on the phone but they couldn’t figure it out. The person in the room the night before had done something and the maintenance person had to re-program the TV the next day.

Staff very friendly and helpful. TV was hard to figure out for non techies. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Breakfast was great, with scrambled eggs, sausage, regular and strawberry waffles? French toast, assorted Danish, yogurt, etc. The shower was great also.

Staff was very welcoming! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Hot shower! Continental breakfast was very good, and had a variety of choices. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast was very helpful and made sure all was perfect!

No dislikes. We will stay there again!
