Gorgeous room, great bed and shower, and at first I thought it might be a little too far from the center, but after I discovered all the great restaurants and shops just down the street I changed my mind.

There was no staff except the cleaners. I thought there would be a front desk / a concierge, and a bar, but everything was shuttered.

A lovely small boutique type accommodation in a quiet area . Accommodation was tastefully decorated and spacious . Washing machine was an added bonus . Terrace was a relaxing spot to rest . Healthy, delicious breakfast . Walking distance to many restaurants. Isabel was amazing , nothing was too much trouble . April gave us many recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay .

This place is awesome, beautifully decorated and well kept. It was sparkling clean which is a MUST for me. It's a classy home in the heart of San Miguel. 15-18 minutes walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel. The rooftop has an amazing kitchen, a beautiful terrace with an awesome view of the city. You can immediately tell that the owner has a fine taste and attention to details.

The place itself is really nice. Just an advice for travelers, reach out to Michelle in advance before your arrival to have a smooth and nice check-in. She'll be very nice and attentive helping you get inside.

Michelle upgraded our room upon arrival which was very appreciated. Isabella & Vicky both prepared our breakfast and it was always amazing with fresh fruit, eggs, etc. Delicious every time. Very clean and our kitchen had everything we needed. We loved our room! Also, we had access to a washer & dryer!

It was hot (end of April beg. of May) No A/C just fans so it was uncomfortable from that standpoint.

The building is beautiful, the view from the terrasse is fantastic, the staff is great. The host offered a pizza party where each guest was invited to cook his own pizza in a traditional wood oven. Very nice touch.

While the breakfast was included there was a miscommunication on the first day and we couldn’t get it. On the second day it happened again despite the fact we signaled it on day 1. It was rectified after that but we were not the only customer with that problem. So something to improve in the communication between the manager and the staff.

The suites are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail for guest comfort. The rooms are filled with thoughtful touches to make your stay perfect. The host and her team are all very friendly and so quick to respond to any question.

The residence is stunning, featuring a fantastic rooftop that offers breathtaking views of the town. Although there was some confusion or misunderstanding, the property owner swiftly addressed the issue by providing us with a room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. In summary, this property is truly beautiful.

The property is beautiful, the view amazing. They let us check in early at no cost, we had a very early flight. Also were willing to do a late check out. We got free breakfast. Isabel was amazing brought us tamales for breakfast one day and Italian pastries another day. We had the third floor including the jacuzzi all to ourselves because there were no other guests.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff and owner. Booking was made last minute and confirmed within a few minutes. We got upgraded to the suite which was a nice touch. The rooftop has a jacuzzi and beautiful views of San Miguel.

Breakfast wasn't available on Sunday however, we were allowed to use the kitchen to prepare our own. Was a nice touch.
