First of all, I liked the friendly, helpful staff. Secondly, the views on the south side of the hotel are stunning. The hot thermal pool and sauna are a treat. The massage therapists were excellent and highly recommended, albeit perhaps a bit overly expensive.

The steam room should be hotter. The ash trays in the pool area should be removed. The hotel should be made smoke free, especially since the theme is wellness and that there are children present. The hotel could use a little refreshing/renovation to provide a more serene/refined feel, considering it's a pricey 5-star hotel. The breakfast is simple, and could be improved on, but this is just "nice-to-have". Nevertheless, I would certainly return.

The hotel has a quite long history. it brings you a feeling of “old”, but everything is maintained in a good and clean way. therefore you feel really relax and happy there. The pool outside is not so big but more than enough. You won’t feel crowded ( I tried 3 times at very different time). actually most of the time you meet 0-4 other guests there. the Sauna is right next to the outside pool. No special rules there, you use the facility in a way as you feel comfortable (feels at home). Everyone from the hotel is super nice ( staffs and other guests ) Breakfast is also good enough, but not premium yet.

The pool out side close at 8:00 pm in winter, which is a bit too early from my point of view. Hotel offers shuttle car to the bus station which is nice, however, only start from 9:00 am. Nevertheless: Only takes 3-10 mins to walk depends snowing or not ( even with luggage)

A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi. The room is spacious and well appointed

Services is at the it’s best, courteous, informational, and provide the extra level of details - the staff have refreshed our room during our stay - such as towels, fruits player, prepared our bed.

The young Lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. She was in shift Thursday 4.7 evening upon our arrival and asisted along our visit and she was welcoming to any request.

We ordered some milk for oor Coffee in our room. The man came over to our room and asked us to pay room Service of 14 SF for the Coffee Milk - rediculos. When we canceled he became very rude. We drank our Coffee black, of course 🙂. I didn't ask for his name but he was the older service man, I m sure the management will recognise him. In adfition, the matrass was too soft.

A great Hotel to stay. Nice old style and very relaxing. Beautiful Spa with hot spring pool inside and outside. Also Sauna and the Steam bath is a must.

That animals are allowed. Specially for me who has neurodermatitis.

Location is great. Awesome view! Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious and the danishes in the morning are awesome!!! Spa area is calming and very enjoyable. Room was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable.

We loved everything at Hotel Les Sources des Alps. It was 5 Star in every way. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied. The bathroom was light, bright and large. Breakfast was one of the best we enjoyed in 7 weeks of travel in Switzerland. The thermal pools were a huge delight. The water temperature was perfect with just the right amount of jets. We look forward to returning and spending several relaxing days here.

A recommendation: enjoy the wonderful thermal pools and other facilities at the hotel. The public spas in Leukenbad were horrid.

Pillows were too soft - that was the inly thing that wasn’t perfect!

The location of the hotel , the family atmosphere , clean large rooms with beautiful view and the nice and professional staff. It has all the facilities that you need to have relaxed stay . I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel , the nice ladies at the reception, restaurant staff and Room service staff . I had comfortable stay at the hotel .
