I recently stayed at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Goa, I can’t recommend Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel enough!

The property is brand new and state-of-the-art. The pool is amazing and large enough to do laps in, the gym is clean and functional, and everything is just beautiful here.

The spa was not open during my visit. And not a big deal, but I personally would have chosen different aesthetic for the rooms.

I have been to other Sarovar resorts. This is a newly built resort just beside the Palolem highway. Close to Palolem and Patnem beach. Very peaceful and nice location. The amenities, staff and service are so good. They have launched their roof top bar and restaurant this new year.

Cocktails from the bar is not so great when compared to other shacks and resorts.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous and accommodating. I will definitely stay at Cloud 9 again the next time I’m in Goa.

The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was good. There are plenty of other restaurants just a walking distance from the hotel.

It is very local to us , so this was a romantic treat ! Very new and fresh and stylish design . The pool area and gardens were really pretty and relaxing . Every member of staff was friendly and charming .

It was great trip, Hospitality of hotel was amazing. Beaches were walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Property is very neat and clean.

Everything else was good

The breakfast was just awful. Stale pastries, smelling cakes, combination of dishes were just not to the mark. Below sub normal and uncooked food

The rooms r good ,the staff is good , Hema and Shefali doing good job with guest relationship . Breakfast spread is good but quality in indian dishes needs to be improved They promote it as five star but personally i would rate it as 4 star property

Co ordination between staff to handle guest was lacking

A beautiful property, amazing food for breakfast and dinner, and staff that went out of their way to make sure that we had an amazing and memorable experience. This is a hotel that I would recommend to anyone coming to South Goa!

Obviously it is a new hotel, but everything was great! Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Facilities amazing and they offer a shuttle to 3 beaches which was so nice and their pool facilities were great!
