Located in a brilliant spot, right in the centre of everything. Just parked & could walk everywhere. All was very warm & cosy with heater & electric blanket (only used heated blanket to heat up bed & turned off before sleeping - but still was really warm with the heater in room). Received a whatsapp before arrival with codes to get into property gate, accommodation door & room door. Very efficient

Only stayed one night so was suitable for our needs - so do not really have any issues we did not like. However, Wifi did not work well, we had to use our own wifi mobile router.

We've stayed at Sleep@84 many times because it is so centrally located and the parking is safe and secure. The checking in process is seamless and Sonja ensures that you are well informed at all times. Rooms are clean and tidy.

It would be nice to have a bedside lamp next to the bed. There is not much room for clothing as there are no cupboards, and the only hanging rail had no hangers which means your clothes have to be folded in piles on a small surface. A bath mat for stepping out the shower would also be nice as we had to use a hand towel to keep the floor dry. And there are no towel rails or hooks to hang wet towels. However, these are minor things and we love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The neighboring room was unfortunately extremely loud, the guests in that room got home very late (after 12am) and they were extremely loud and woke us up, unfortunately the interleading door between our room and theirs made them sound like they were in our room, it was not nice being woken up by these inconsiderate noisy neighbours, we had to ask them to quieten down 3 times before they eventually stopped making noise at about 12:50am The room was also unfortunately not cleaned properly, the dustbin was not emptied from last guests.

The location was good as the accommodation is centrally located, but our room had a inter-leading door and the noise from the occupants traveled through very easily. It was disturbing especially early in the mornings or late at night. A double door or sealed solid door will improve the situation. The shower head was a bit small giving a narrow flow of water as opposed to my sons room downstairs which had a normal sized 200mm shower head that was ideal.

I loved the modern look and the convenience. Our keys were readily available. The return process just as easy. Sonja was very helpful and kind and we easily communicated via Whatsapp. The beds were absolutely devine!

The shower was a bit smaller than I'm used to, leading to some cold touches from the glass, but not a dealbreaker. :D

Simple and practical

It was quite cold in the room. Received whatsapp message for the pin code and instructions how to enter the hotel and the room. We should have been informed in advance (during the booking) about this. As we didn't know that they will send the message we didn't expect it and got problems entering the facility after arrival already at 6:30pm.

We loved the location! So close to everything. Safe parking, super comfortable beds, and an incredibly beautiful room! The staff was so friendly every morning and we loved listening to the laugh. We would stay there again and again! Easiest check-in, safe, clean, and central.

We would have loved a cosy rug for our feet, and many a cosier braai area.

Big unit. Right by the restaurants and right next door to the wine tasting shop. Very accomodating and responsive host. Bed was very comfortable. Received a bottle of water and turndown chocolate on the bed. Perfect for our overnight stay

Only one little niggle is that you can hear the people next door when they in the kitchen etc. But didnt bother us at all.

It’s perfectly located on the best street in Dullstroom. Next to a really lovely wine tasting spot. The street is just full of stunning shops and restaurants.

Parking is a bit limited. My room had so many flies, I’m not sure why - I didn’t like that I spent over 30 minutes before bedtime killing about 6 flies. If it was not for the flies, I would have rated the property a 9.

There was a smell in both rooms (room 1 and room 10) Room 1 had windows facing into reception and had no under curtains Boom access was very inconvenient Had to ask for a hair dryer in both rooms No reception after hours and they only arrive after 9am No tissues , no bathroom toiletries (no soap, weird smelling body wash)
