I liked the modern design, cleanliness and kind and professional and multilingual staff. Beds were comfortable enough. I liked the “viennoiserie” at breakfast. That’s rare in this part of Switzerland or in Germany. The room was cosy, spacious (as we received an upgrade) and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or corridor or outside.

Noisy AC that was switching on itself even if I switched it off. Windows, which you cannot open, facing other rooms/parts of the hotel. “German style breakfast” which means terrible coffee (instant powder from a machine?) and no fresh juice and limited variety of options.

The housekeeping and reception staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. We have had a lot of demands due to little one being unwell, so needed all bed changed, and we needed extra iron, pillows and towels during our stay, and forgot things after check-out. They have been absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!

The shower glass is small, so the water comes out of the shower. A solution would be a better floor safety carpet in the bathroom to catch the water. Or a better glass. The room has no fridge or safe, which would be nice. The bed is a bit small, but I know its standard in the hotel, could be a kingsize. The hair dryer could be more powerful

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and quiet. Rechille was very kind and helpful and always had a smile on her face and even gave me a free late checkout as I had to wait for my partner to finish work. The hotel is conveniently close to shops and restaurants.

We spent the night here on our way to Italy. The hotel is close to the motorway, which is ideal. Room is comfortable. Friendly staff.

The window was just glass, no handle to open it for a bit of fresh air.

Maximum pleasure: starting from the reception - very friendly and fast, maintaining the cleanliness and care of the room as a whole, bright with comfortable bed...Unique experience!

Check in 24/7, nice clean and lots of space. Lovely bathroom!

Mattress was stained, which was visible through the clean sheets. Made it feel a bit less clean.
