Clean room, all toiletries needed and in great state and supply, great mattress, all functional, no bad smells, great breakfast, good spacious parking nearby without problem accessing the hotel or area. Very close to the city center and restaurants

Lack of mosquito net - close-by lake+park at mid April made the park swarmed by mosquitoes. I have not kept the window opened during the night to test if a mosquito net is actually mandatory :) Not many amenities - yet you do not really need them that much, do you (thread, needle, shaving kit, etc.). I would not really call this a downside, but do bring your own.

Nice hotel, nice room, good beds, we liked everything about it. We arrived late, reception was closed, but they offered checkin even in late hours, which we appreciated. Breakfast was rich in fruits, and everything you are used to when staying in big hotels, even though this hotel is small and cosy. Free coffee at reception, tea service at rooms. Parking space perfect. We were surprised how nice this stay was.

Nothing to mention.

1. The good location (near the old town) 2. The design and facilities are really modern. 3. The staff can speak English 4. The soundproofing is great if windows are not open. 5. The bathroom is huge :) 6. The floor is heated.

1. The Wi-Fi is really weak. That was almost impossible to have calls and sometimes even open pages. The signal was 1 dot level (and this is not the problem of my laptop as the staff said, because it was during whole stay, a week, and for all devices) 2. The hot water seems to be not the city water but their own heater (our relatives live in the city and yhey have a great hot water all the time). The hot water was becoming cold in a few minutes under shower. We asked yo check but nothing changed. So, if you are two person, the second one is forced to have a shower under cold water or in 30 minutes. 3. There is no air-condition. That is ok to open windows (as that not so hot outside) but someone smoked under our windows. But this is still the best hotel in the city :)

Our stay couldn't be better - the hotel is new, well equipped, clean, with a huge parking lot and 4 minutes to the city center. The staff at the reception and at the breakfast is super friendly. Our kids loved the place as well!

Very supportive and kind reception. Extremely comfortable and spacious modern rooms (I had the opportunity to see two different ones due to a defective AC, I was offered another room). Very calm and relaxing stay. Excellent breakfast.

This is a lovely and modern hotel. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We were travelling with a very demanding toddler who loved the size of the room and her cot. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast is tasty and the daily smoothies delicious. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Location was close to where my friend lived and the hotel is really clean and modern, located next to the university but is in a quiet location

The complimentary bottle of water in the room was sparkling water and I don’t like sparkling water but that’s the only negative I have, everything else was excellent

Comfortable and clean. Great location close to old town square. Breakfast included and quite adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful.
