Great location, very close to train station, a supermarket and shopping Center, the old town and restaurants. Area seemed safe. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. We chose one of the largest rooms and it had plenty of space for our two medium sized suitcases (rare in a European hotel). Nice sized mini refrigerator in the room meant we could get some snacks and bottles of water which is always nice. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and it was fine but to be honest you can get much better breakfast for less money anywhere nearby or even buy fruit and pastries from the Rewe supermarket which is literally underneath the hotel. We were only there a few days but the room would also suit anyone staying for longer. We asked for a late checkout and for a small fee we were able to, it was worth it as we had extra time to relax and didn’t have to wait at the airport. We would stay again.

Communication with the hotel was a bit odd. I think their concept is they do not always have a fully staffed reception so that saves money. I received an email to check in online and then codes for the doors. This was slightly cumbersome at first but fine overall. The only issue was if you had questions you often had to wait to speak to someone at the front desk or ring them which is fine, but always seems better in person. Now that I know what to expect, it isn’t an issue but if you are expecting a concierge desk like you would find at a big hotel, this is not it.

Rooms were very clean and spacious for three adults. Toiletries were an added advantage. Close to the train station for a quick overnight stop. Nice area for a few hours of exploring.

We arrived late and the train station felt a little uneasy as I guess most are. The room is very close to the train station, the entrance hall was unfinished not painted which gave a bad impression and the main entrance door was wide open although you required access codes this felt a little unsafe.especially for lone travellers.

The property was very convenient as we were visiting family near by . It was lovely to have a clean towels and bed changed during our stay .

We stayed in the standard room which was very compact. Probably a little too compact as moving round the room with two people was difficult. There was no comfortable area to sit other than the bed Not enough storage space , limited hangers , for a couple staying over a week. It would be nice to have larger bath towels. Considering there was a kitchen area there was limited utensils and pots. More glasses would have been good ,wine and a tumbler

This is my second stay at this hotel in the last 3 months. Cleanliness, transportation, central location, heating were all absolutely very good. All the necessary products were available in the bathroom, bed linen and pillows were clean. There is a TV that connects to certain applications. There is a large market under the building, ideal for preparing something practical in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils are also enough to prepare practical meals, but if you want to prepare more than one meal, it will be incomplete. There was a small pot with a lid and a pan in the room. The ventilation system above the stove was perfectly adequate.

Really friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and great location in the city centre.

The hotel is in a very central location. Transportation was very easy. You can be in the center of Esslingen in 35-40 minutes by bus from the airport. It was very easy to check in to the hotel online. Your process is completed within a few minutes with the link sent via e-mail. The rooms meet the specified criteria. Heating was sufficient. Kitchen equipment was sufficient for cooking. The rooms were newly furnished, modern and functional. You can get your free water from the hotel lounge. The restaurant staff is friendly and very helpful.

Clean and spacious and in an alright location on the edge of the town’s historic center. The bed very comfy and the bathroom was big with big towels.

It felt impersonal; I never met anyone during my stay because you’re given a code for self-checkin. Maybe for some people this is a pro. The access door to the corridor was supposed to be opened with a code but I found that it was always open and accessible to anyone from the street, which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable at night. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. I missed a bowl for some yoghurt. The room itself has little character; a little more artwork or color could make it feel more homely.

Location train station close by supermarket shops are all very near. Beds are very comfortable and very clean except for a missed hand print on the mirror and cleaned it myself. But all told it was not an issue and enjoyed the Ginn apartment

Couldn't get the air con to work and told reception but nothing happened. One rude receptionist A dirty mirror we didn't have a towel or linen change after the 3rd sleep as stated

Great location Grocery store near by and overnight parking excellant for how many you are staying you pay as you leave .12 euros a day Great value and secure.wakking distance to old city center and shopping!

Beds where too hard.. Could of been better to find ,location and which code to put first for which door...no staff available in person checking in was on line only...didnt say that in description of the place.
