Everything. This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I got the king room and it was huge, the bed was amazing, the shower was glorious, the amenities as well... The quality of the mini bar products is spectacular. I didn't have any but was very impressed at the quality. Additionally, I arrived at the hotel due to a missed flight, it was a last minute booking and I was welcomed with absolute warmth and kindness. I had been traveling for over 15 hours, I looked like death, and yet, I was treated with care, warmth, kindness and respect. Other hotel staff would've probably looked down on me. The restaurant food was my first highlight. I didn't eat anything throughout my flight so by the time I got to the restaurant I was starving. The food was excellent, the service just as wonderful as the one at the lobby. I think my waiter's name is Anyel(?). He was THE kindest and showed empathy all through my meal. (seriously I was a mess, tired, sad, "hangry"... But everyone at the hotel was so wonderful that I felt "at home" and soon felt much better regardless of my situation. Ps: the cachapa and the Atlantic grilled salmon are 100% recommended!

That I couldn't stay longer! I booked my flight to leave early morning but honestly, if I would've seen the hotel before booking my flight, I would've even stayed 2-3 days instead just o really get some rest.

Beautifully appointed rooms, with Comfortaire adjustable mattresses, multi-head shower, 55-inch TV, black out drapes. There is a restaurant with decent food, and a very nice pool area. 7 minutes to the Miami International Airport and shuttle service I'd available 24 hours, every 30 minutes. Staff was nice and got us checked in really early at no extra charge. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and DoorDash delivers to the front door. Room key secured elevator for extra safety.

The hotel was very modern. The staff were great. Our airport shuttle driver couldn't help us enough... The room however.. We paid a little extra for the Deluxe King room and it didn't disappoint at all. I've never seen a hotel room quite as big and luxurious. We had great big windows that overlooked the airport runway where we could see all the jets taking off! Surprisingly, the room was pretty quiet despite the jet engines of planes taking off. We loved it that much that we will be returning for 2026 with family once the dates are released on booking.com.

Breakfast could be a little better in terms of variety, however, the food that was there was good quality.

The airport shuttle was excellent and the room size was very large! The bed was 10/10 for comfort and the room was clean. The breakfast and lunch were excellent! Friendly service and prompt. The gym was very nice!

The pool area could have been more inviting with nicer decor, but the lounge chairs were comfortable. Room style felt a little outdated and for the high price, would've liked a nicer modern feel. Carpet in hallways felt old and worn. Elevator felt old as well. But bathrooms in the rooms and the lobby were very nice.

Comfortable and clean, location to the airport(5mins with the hotel shuttle, driver was excellent) Bed, best sleep ever( sleep number bed) and very comfortable. Shower huge with 2 waterfall heads, a wand, plus jets, great way to wake up in the morning.

Bar service, my fourth stay at the property and always have service issues at the bar. The barman always takes a while to acknowledge you, then disappears. There are other waiters around , but they always say let me get the barman. Never been to a hotel bar where the barman leaves the bar for extended time. There were 4 guests plus myself seated at the bar, we had to wait long time to order our food or drinks and forget about a second drink, he disappeared again. The hotel accommodations (business suite) is showing some wear and tear, but very clean!

Very efficient check-in and check-out processes, friendly staff. Beautiful and very spacious room with a hugr bathroom (multiple shower options). - we had a business suite with a view of the airport, great for watching airplanes The restaurant offered very good food at very reasonable cost. The included breakfast option is great and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport every 30 minutes.

There's very little to improve. However, due to the proximity to the airport and a main road, the noise level at the outdoor pool is quite high - in that location an indoor pool might have been a better option.

Tried to speak to house cleaning staff. Did not speak English. Only 1 handicap spot out front , 2 lower level and 2 upper level of parking deck. Hard for disabled person because it’s to far from the hotel. Plus the elevator to the deck did not work.

Excellent shuttle service. Just called the hotel and put us in direct contact with the very nice driver. Only had to wait about 2 minutes for him to show up, takes about 10 minutes to the hotel from Terminal D. It's easy returning to the airport too....shuttle leaves every 1/2 hour, and you're there in 5 minutes. Hotel was very nice, new, modern, clean. Check-in was super quick. Received a top floor room. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Lovely modern bath and shower. Super quiet (no airport noise), clean and comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. A bit more expensive than the other hotels but totally worth it. I would totally stay here again if needing to stay a night in Miami before a connecting flight.

Wish I had a chance to try the restaurant or the fitness center. The area surrounding the place isn't scenic but it didn't feel or look unsafe. It's usually pretty industrial looking when you are that close to an airport.

The star of the show is the rooms for sure- the shower, 2 rain shower heads, and 4 side ones- I felt like I was in a fancy spa. The beds are sleep number and the room was incredibly quiet given we were right next to the airport! this was an incredible find and we will be coming back! The staff went above and beyond. At the front desk Diego helped us as we got in at midnight and couldnt' find the shuttle bus(In case you need to know, it's in front of Gate 5 on the second level, where Depratures are at) He was super helpful and kind. There also was a shuttle bus driver that also does secrutiy that was amazing, but we forgot his name. As well as Pedro, he was super helpful too, with tips, and went way beyond what we could ask for. Lastly, at breakfast, Vivinne was very kind and helpful. We had a tough morning and she made the start nice. We got the breakfast with our hotel package, and it was a lot of food. If you are not a huge eater, I would suggest getting alacart.

We liked everything. I wished the hotel had a steam room or sauna, it makes traveling so much better, but that is literally my only complaint. Stay here, your gonna like it.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating! We got to our room, and our key card didn't work. After going back to the front desk, they escorted us back to our room to make sure we got in okay and that we didn't need anything. I got the business room, and it was better than the pictures! I myself usually clean the rooms before unpacking my bags because hotels can't deep clean after stays usually...but....my room was clean top to bottom and I didn't feel I needed to. Also, rooms were pretty soundproof. So I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It was overall beautiful from the lobby to the rooms, and the food was great. Another note is that they hold your bags for you while you wait for your rooms. My only con is that they need more towels in the room initially.

Need more towels and that's my only con.
