Location near the marketplace and waterfront are perfect. There is a shared kitchenette on every floor with plenty of refrigerator room (microwave but no stove). The beds are more comfortable than most others we experienced.

Parking fee 16e per night, but we found free street parking. When I booked, my impression was that breakfast was included but it is an additional 12e per person. At least charges aren't unreasonable.

Still my preferred hotel in Joensuu. The location is amazing, overlooking the river and just in the town center. Superb staff and service. I highly recommend it to any visitor to the area.

I would love it if they included a dinner service at the restaurant. The experience I had during my stay which coincided with the Biathlon Competitions was just amazing. They served dinner only on that occasion!

The hotel is located in the center of Joensuu. Public free parking is near he hotel from evening until morning, parking at the hotel itself is paid. We have stayed at this hotel several times before. We are satisfied with the location of the hotel, the quality of services and the price.

The staff should check the availability of shower gel.

The hotel situated in the city centre of Joensuu. Close to the shopping centre and the railways ration is 5 minutes away. Rooms are always clean, bathrooms are super duper. Modern and comfortable. Extra bedding and pillows are available on request. Towels plenty. Lift from ground floor. Breakfast is excellent. Variety of hot and cold food. Drinks, yoghurt and cereal, fruit you name it. Stayed in this hotel several times and will not hesitate to book it again! 😊

- The location was remarkably in the centre, everything (stores, restaurants, shopping centres etc) was walking distance. - Breakfast was good, room was clean, staffs were friendly

- Minimal services and amenities - Breakfast should be an option with lower prices when making reservation - Small pillows. Need to ask in advance to have extras - I asked for a king-size bed, but instead they still gave double beds. No idea whether they it or not

When someone had book a room for more than one day and if he/she wants to change a room and if there is any room available, it's better to change. Or if he or she has to be in the same room, at least the room has to be cleaned and all sheets, towels have to be changed everyday. Thanks so much for your unwavering service !

The staff were nice and the the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Garage parking was available for an extra fee. Overall, the hotel had very good value for money.

The bathroom smelled a bit during our stay (although I want to underline that it was very clean), but since everything else was just fine, it didn't really bother us.

Room was very simple and minimalistic decor. Otherwise no issue with that, but no decent table where to store your belonging during the stay

Great conception. Warm welcome. Really great location and room was very comfortable. Coffee and tea are offered for guests, and really great place to have a rest after long trip. Indeed, recommended!
