My stay at the City Mills Hotel was outstanding in every way. To begin with, the property is beautiful and the hotel has maintained its historic charm while also providing top notch amenities. The staff is also terrific, every single staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. Of note were, Stefayne, Tiera, and Tori, of the front desk. These three young ladies made me feel very welcome and gave me guidance on things to do and where to eat during my stay in Columbus. I felt as though they each took a great deal of pride in the hotel as well as community. Destiny was very friendly as were the young ladies at the Millhouse Kitchen & Bar. Breakfast was delicious. Not only were hot options available, grab-and-go options were also provided. I thoroughly enjoyed the yogurt parfait and the espresso. The availability of water and snacks was very appreciated as well. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. I will definitely stay at the City Mills Hotel should I ever find myself in Columbus, GA again. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfection. If I were to give any recommendations, it would be to continue to hire such wonderful staff members. My stay was great from start to finish. Kudos!

This is such a cool old building. The ceiling was super high and the room looked out onto the river. It has been redone but they’ve kept authentic touches like the plank flooring and in the restaurant, the original machinery from the grist mill.

They ran out of breakfast food by the time I got there.

The facilities and the room were fantastic. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant and bar fabulous. This restoration of a historic mill was stunning. Please go to the restaurant for a fantastic use of the mill structure as an architectural feature. Incredible undertaking.

hairdryer was a little cheap in the bathroom. The breakfast was not inspiring. Coffee machines were incredible. Lack of cooked breakfast seemed odd for the quality of the hotel

This hotel is unique, amazing, charming and the perfect location. Breakfast was excellent—LOVED LOVED LOVED the espresso/coffee machine available all day!

The restaurant/bar needs some happy hour incentives!

Everything. Privately owned by a small company (assume - local). Quality of the renovations is really high. Room smelled like cotton & lavender. Everything was so clean and shinny. I was really surprised by the furniture, doors, bathroom appliances. Designer did phenomenal work Easy parking on site. Decent breakfast. Bar/restaurant next door.

Overall the hotel facilities were good. Room was very confortable and location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and resourceful.

I didn't give the hotel a 10 because breakfast was terrible. For the price they are charging I think they could do better.

Micheal was wonderful and generous ! We was celebrating our anniversary! The dinner at Millhouse was Awesome and All the waitress was excellent! Yes All of them!

Very charming with modern features. Cozy, great pillows and towels, rooms are VERY quiet. Friendliest staff I’ve seen in a long time. This place is certainly a hidden gem.
