Considering the location of the hotel (outside the center in an industrial area) I didn't have high expectations. But our room (110) was clean, large, with comfortable beds and most importantly quiet. The air conditioning worked. Yes, it could be repainted (left over from mosquito fights) but otherwise OK. Yes, a minor problem with the smell from the waste in the bathroom. Breakfast nice. Staff friendly. Parking without problems. I'll be happy to return.

The hotel is quite good. It's in the industrial part of the city, but for the value it was a quite good surprise. The rooms were comfy and quiet and the bathroom was clean and didn't smell, which is some quite rare these days in hotels. Breakfast was also quite good.

The location might be a bit off if you want to grab a bite in the city and the parking filled up quite fast, but we managed a spot.

Before booking this hotel, one need to decide on the reason to stay in Livorno. It is more than 6 km from the centre of the city and it is in a sort of industrial area. But it is excellent solution for those who decide to stay for one night (or more) before boarding next morning on ferry to Sardinia or Corsica. Or, for staying for one night after arrival by ferry from these islands. Me personal experience of staying for one night in the Mediterranean is: • Size of the room – more common for aparthotel • Clean everywhere • Adequate breakfast available as of 6:30 in the morning • Free parking • Easy access to the ferries’ boarding area (Livorno port) Very polite and attentive staff • Very polite and attentive staff • But…

Dirty old furniture (photos to illustrate are attached). It is probably dirty because it is too old. If these pieces of furniture could not be cleaned, they should be replaced by the hotel’s owners or management which position themselves as a 4 stars hotel ?! I prefer also that I should not be asked if I used mineral water from minibar – since there was nothing else except of two small bottles of mineral (or whatever) water.

The buffet breakfast was simple, cheap and delicious. The location was good, as we wanted quick access to the port in the morning for our ferry to Sardinia. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to check us in, as we arrived quite late at night.

If you take out the warmer duvets from the wardrobe, there's quite some dust you'll take out together with them.

It was just one transit night, so we didn't expect much about our very stay at the hotel. It was just OK for our needs of the day: perfect to rest and change dress.

It is not the kind of place where one would plan to spend a holiday: large building, large parking lot, along a busy road.... but it is handy for a transit, as said.

In a convenient location especially for the ferry port. A nice large room - plenty of space if you had work to do. Breakfast had enormous choice. Plenty of parking at the front of the hotel

Overall it was a very good hotel. The room was really nice, comfortable and modern, bathroom was big and it had all what you need, everything was working as it should, perfect A/C, very good breakfast. If you have a car, you can get to Pisa and Livorno very easily as it was located next to a significant road. Big free parking space in front of the hotel.

Nothing significant, only that the bathroom sink was a bit stinky, but nothing big.

Non-stop reception, so we could check-in also shortly before midnight. Very fast check-in and check-out. Air condition worked well. Good choice for breakfast. Free parking next to the hotel.

There was no free parking space at midnight, but we parked on non-official place and it was ok.

We were traveling on bikes, and preferred to stay closer to the old town, but it was pretty easy to get to the hotel, which is in the industrial section of town. Once we got there, we were really pleased with the hotel! The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Our room was really comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. We were really happy to have stayed!

Very close to the ferry port, so it was perfect for us as we were traveling with the ferry early next day. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
