Excellent breakfast. It would have been great to have someone indicate the choices

The electronic key did not always work satisfactorily. However, a staff person did go upstairs with us to sort the situation. Booking through the online site was not really easy, I needed to make a telephone enquiry for details and confirmation. The computer check-in after hours was also tricky.

A comfortable hotel at a good,and quiet location in Hilleröd. Nice rooms, good bed, great shower and lovely and helpful staff.

Lighting in the room. Ceiling light would make a great difference.

Easy to reach and close to the castle! The shower was great! The room was clean and quiet!

No glasses, no water, no coffee in the room. The bar closed at 5 pm.

The rooms desperately need a hallway light, Need to keep bathroom door open to illuminate the hallway, where you store luggage. Ineffective air conditioning. If you are staying in rooms located towards the end of the hallway, you can hear really loud floor access door bangs when people are entering/exiting through those doors. The breakfast is average, replace baked from frozen pastries with fresh ones.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom and breakfast was ok.

The table was small and the chair in the room was uncomofortable. There was no central light in the room, it was dark in the evening. I missed the fried bacon from the breakfast menu.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff who were very accommodating to requests for extra pillows and coat hangers; a decent continental breakfast, a very stylish and welcoming lobby/restaurant/bar and the room was well designed with a larger than expected bathroom and a big TV

No A/C, which shouldn't have been a problem in the 20-23 degrees temperatures, but the room was unbearably hot all the same, and the small fan supplied couldn't cope. Also it appeared that unless you left your room at breakfast and didn't come back, the room did not get cleaned, although someone took the time to still come into the room and take any empty plastic bottles (for the PANT refund?). The room was too small for our length of stay and the fact that owing to our attending a wedding we had to bring a large suitcase which had nowhere to go so took up a large proportion of floor space! It would have all been more tolerable if we weren't paying £125 a night.

Nice and clean hotel, quiet rooms and confortable beds. However, breakfast was very limited, and also in the room there was not possibility for coffee or tea, not even water.

Breakfast was very limited. Also I would have like to possibility to have coffee/tea in the room. The hotel does not offer dinner, so you need to go out to eat in the evening. The price is rather high versus what you get in return.
