Beautiful hotel, great location! The host was amazing and super helpful, our hot air balloon company cancelled on us the day we arrived so we tried to find an alternative company desperately and the host was super helpful and managed to get us a good deal locally and we had the most amazing time! Bonus great breakfast all the staff were super helpful! We miss it already!

please sort out the WiFi in Room 5 it didn’t work during our whole stay however thankfully the restaurant one was nearby.

we stayed in Alba Caves suits for the period of 3 days. ie 6-9th May. Mr. Halil (owner) is the true gentleman helped us get good rates for Hot air Balloon ride, transport to/from Kayseri airport, local tours and personal drop to market. Hot Coffee/ tea was served at all time and good breakfast served. I would definitely stay in Alba for my next visit, as it was homely feeling. Thank you all at Alba Caves. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Location, its outside of the crowded and touristic areas. Very clean, the staff was nice and helpful once we were there, delicious home made breakfast.

They did not reply via bookings to my message request to arrange a taxi from the airport. In the end we found another way to reach out and everything was fine.

Very stylish room, large shower, comfy bed, very attentive staff, subtle and delicious breakfast with beautiful view! The village is lovely, we were happy to dine in located close Kemeralti Restaurant and Park cafe Ali’nin Yeri.

Nothing particular, only moving luggage is but challenging and no buffet for breakfast.

It’s a small family run business. We slept in the comfort room. it’s a big spacious room with a spa bath, a big bed and seating area which includes a table and chairs. All the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable. Halil in particular went an extra mile to help us book excursions and trips out of Cappadocia. He is definitely a friend for life.

We loved the property

Staff was great. After getting in late, they ordered us food from a local restaurant and had it delivered to our room. Also, they were able to get us a last minute booking on a hot air balloon ride, and for cheaper than was advertised on-line. Breakfast was also great, and eating it on the patio with a wonderful view made it even better. All very relaxing.

We have no complaints. But for planning, it may be good to have a rental car to make it easier to get to some of the sites you may want to visit. Taxis are available, but having a rental car frees you up to travel on your own timeline.

It's a perfect place to stay. Centrally located, clean and comfy rooms with all the amenities. It's been beautifully built. The most important thing about the property is the staff, they all kept us like a family and addressed all our concerns and helped us in every way possible. The manager Mr. Muzo is a great guy, very friendly and well connected. The staff man Mr. Mehmut is a sweet gentleman who helped us a lot in the sightseeing and even picked us up at the bus stop. We became a part of them easily and quickly. I this we will surely revisit the place soon.

I don't even know where to begin. The staff was beyond courteous. Khaleel, Muzzafar, Mehmet and the ladies were so sweet and accommodating. They booked us airport shuttles and taxi rides including price negotiations plus they booked our hot air balloon rides as well. They ordered food for us and were refusing to take payments for the drinks. Their restaurant offers free tea and coffee throughout the day and till dinner time. They even gave us a free upgrade to the Royal room which was out of a fairy tale. The breakfast was scrumptious! Omelets, freshly baked bread and so many cheese and spreads options. If I ever go back to Cappadocia, I'm going to stay here again. My husband said we should rate them 12/10 but I wish we had that option

The attractions are not walking distance away but you can always request them to get you a taxi.

This was our best stay in the entire 15 days trip. Even though we were concerned about the location as it's not in Goreme or Uchisar, but as soon as we got there we had no regrets. Firstly, this hotel is in a very peaceful location with exceptional view of valleys and mountains. Second best was their fabulous breakfast. Excellent room and super spacious bathroom with jacuzzi. Very clean, comfortable and perfectly heated room centrally. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, provided us extra service completely free!! Best experience indeed!
