Condo is large and very comfortable. It is designed for long term stays - has washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel applicance, huge balcony with large table and 6 chairs.

Inside furniture is dated. Bed was not king-sized. Overhead fan in bedroom made noise when working so we couldn't use it during the night. Hotel is not near tourist areas or West Bay. Onsite restaurant is a sports bar/restaurant but food was good.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room I booked was mistakenly put as a 2-bed condo when it was supposed to be 1 room with 2 beds. They let us keep the 2-bed condo, which made the stay so much better. The front desk was always helpful with our inquiries and even helped us rent a vehicle for the time we stayed.

The location does make it a bit difficult to get around, but with a car rental it is no problem. Just note that it takes about 45 minutes to drive to West End of West Bay OR costs about $75 round trip in a cab. The wifi wasn't all that great, but I didn't mind as I was there for the beach and the experience, not the wifi.

Beautiful property very clean, friendly staff ,spacious and fully equipped with all needed for a family vacation.

The location of the property is not near the beach areas west bay or has a beach front but if you rent a car you can easily access the other areas within a 20 to 35 minutes drive. They do have a beach area they take you and they provide transportation you pay a $15 fee but it’s worth it.. we loved it more then getting the day pass to the other hotels in west bay they were extremely packed and the other beach was perfect for what we were looking for a good family time.

The suite and lanai was large- with a kitchen and living room as well. I liked the free shuttle to the airport, and free water at the desk. The dining places were excellent, with nice views and the option of inside or outside. Herb's is an excellent sports bar. Food prices were less than in the U,S.

The fitness equipment could be upgraded, including one of the 2 ellipticals that clunks.

Property was well kept, pools with waterfalls were very nice, spa onsite, 2 restaurants, staff was very helpful and I really appreciated the shuttle from the ferry and also to the airport.

I had no complaints at all, everything was very nice.

This hotel is a favorite for me. it has restaurants, Spa, Pools and great service all in one place. the staff is very professional and still friendly, attentive, and they make you feel special.

The TVs are not smart, I like to stay in relax and watch TV sometimes, I really wish they would upgrade.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and marvelous. I was extremely impressed with the presentation of the food! They also have inclusion of spices, especially, for someone who cannot live without hot sauce, me!

There was not a thing I did not like. I was amazed and marveled by everything I saw. The experience was one of a kind. I plan on returning for our honeymoon!

Near French Harbour, yacht club and airport - has a spa, biggest sports bar in Roatan and a decent restaurant

Leaky faucets, mediocre coffee and toiletries and 7am breakfast

The staff was very friendly and polite. Herbys restaurant was nice. Pool location was near.

Cleaners should always replace the towels with fresh towels.

Location, but it depends where you want to go and what you want to do in the Island. It is very close to the airport. If your plan is to explore beaches, it's a little bit far from west bay and west end.
