Excellent location near major area thoroughfares. Particularly good for activities in Vinings and Smyrna. Room was spacious with 2 queens and a sofa, beds very comfortable with variety of pillows. Very clean. Great breakfast. Pleasant front desk staff. I liked that I could decline housekeeping services but get fresh towels as needed.

Room lighting could be improved. Bedroom was lit exclusively by a variety of lamps; sink area was poorly lit and challenging for applying makeup. Toilet/tub-shower room does not have an exhaust fan, which would be helpful to quickly eliminate humidity. Good shower head but water pressure could be better. These are small issues, which would not cause me to not stay again.

Bed linens and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Coffee exceeded expectation. Convenient location. Appreciated complimentary parking.

Lighting above bathroom mirror is not good for applying makeup. Extra $40 fee charged to my card was not expected. It was not disclosed in advance. After phoning to ask about it, I was informed it was for "incidentals" and would be removed within three days. Never a good idea to assess a charge without setting the expectation.

Disappointed that for 3 of the 4 breakfasts which we had at the hotel, only sugary cold cereals were available. The breakfast buffet offerings as a whole are varied and quite nice, but at least one non-sugared cereal (Cheerios, corn flakes, etc.) should always be available.

I found it. Everything was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The people were nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was clean. It was quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep would definitely stay there again.

I would have liked a larger area bathroom vanity. It was nice that it was separate from shower & toilet but a tight space.

Parking at night if you come in late from baseball games there wasn’t any parking at the front had to park at pool and walk around build to get back to The front door no way at back.

The property is always extremely clean and well equipped with everything that I need. The amenities are far beyond my expectation and I can tell that the management within the hotel is very adamant about guest safety involving the pandemic. I have stayed here about three times now and every time has been amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and have no issue with the rooms. Mrs. Venese welcomed me with absolutely outstanding hospitality this past time. I was extremely exhausted during a visit due to work and she was able to get me checked in fast, the floor I preferred, and reassured me about all cleaning and disinfecting of the property. she was able to give me all information about check in and check out and was genuinely the nicest person that I’ve ever spoken to at the property. It’s nothing like traveling after a long day and being greeted by a friendly face where you know you’re in good hands. because of her outstanding hospitality and customer service, I will be sure to book here again, as I know I will be taken care of.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything was clean and well furnished, the pool was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected, and had lots of options. Over all I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

we cannot rant enough about how clean the food area was!!! the employees are amazing ALL ROUND!!! we will always come back to this place..

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit etc. Rooms were very comfortable. TV was smarTV and connected very well with streaming services.

Room was highway facing. Some noise. Bathroom ventilator was not working and even after lodging complaint 3 tines it didn't get addressed.
