Lovely staff and location. Beautifully set in a Cacao farm setting with lots of lovely dogs to play with. When we arrived they offered to make us as everything was closed nearby so we felt really welcomed. Breakfast is fresh, local and simple, just mind that there won't be western frills here and you will be happy. Amazing chocolate. Wish we got more!!! Our room was equipped with the basics we needed and big enough to spread out. The market in town and in prachinburi are the best we've experienced in thailand so far. Sure there are bigger ones and more variety in chiang mai and Bangkok but this was a local market - no tourists.. we were the only ones. If you want to really feel like you're in thailand learning about thai people definitely come here. We came during dry season so no waterfall but the nature and national park were amazing.

The dogs and staff are quite loud from early morning - I'm a light sleeper so that was difficult in a bungalow across from the dogs house. But they had space and moved us so it was much better after that.

The kindness of Munin and his family, including the volunteer as well, made our stay amazing. It's clear the family puts all they have into their business. We enjoyed the daily homecooked (vegetarian) food cooked by Munin's brother, company of the sweet dogs, and trying the chocolate of the farm. The place had a very relaxed feeling, we enjoyed some hammocks for reading and the little terrace at the bungalow. Munin even showed us his temple & we met some kind friends there. Everyone should try the Mexican chocolate drink, it's incredible to know how they make it right at the farm. Munin also took us for a full day trip at Khao Yai NP, where we enjoyed viewpoints and made different small walks.

The only negative thing to say is that we got a few itchy bites from small flies that are around the farm. But that doesn't spoil the experience.

We absolutely loves coming here. We only had two nights, due to other travelling plans, but We could easily have States for longer. Such friendly and welcoming hosts. We spent One day praline the local food Market, which was such a treat with a lo al guide. I mean, who hasn’t been at a thai market and wanted to try all sorts of stuff, but found the language barrier limitating. We came back to the farm packed with all sorts of delicacies for dinner. Second day thet cooked dinner for us. Absolutely delightful. We did second day at the national park; elefants, monkeys and breath taking scenery. Saengcha is a cocoafarm, and We bought great quality single original chocolate to take Home to our Family. Wish We could have stayed for waterfall tours and a trip to the plantation. We found a cheap taxi from Bangkok and Got a ride to the train, so although a bit Remote, it was so easy to get there. Best of stays

Everything! I couldn't have made a better choice. Lovely bungalow with high ceiling, set in the garden. Everything i needed: fridge, table and chairs, exceptionally comfortable double bed. Efficient air-conditioning, good shower and surrounded by nature. Homemade chocolate, dogs to cuddle, lovely family who included me in their activities, delicious food.freshly prepared by Munin's brother Saean, who is a talented chef. A coffee shop selling coffee and artisan chocolate produced on the farm. Mexican Chocolate drink is to die for. Mumin takes guests on evening walks with the dogs, we went swimming in the river, and visited Khao Yai national park for the day, saw an elephant and her baby. Its possible to make your own chocolate too.

WOW don't miss this place, we arrived late and was greeted by the owner & his brother they even cooked us an evening meal which was first class dining The rooms were comfy & spotlessly clean with good facilities The breakfast was superb both mornings with plenty to eat The place was so good we booked another nights stay On the second night the brothers took us & another guest Christoff from Belguim to a Thai night market which was such a great experience, we bought food and all dined together in the garden.

this was an amazing stay. Munin and all of the workers were amazing and so welcoming! My friends and I enjoyed this stay so much and would 100% come back. Munin took us on a tour of Khao Yai national park and we got to see not one but two wild elephants! It was an amazing experience. The food was also all homemade and was delicious! We also got a tour of how the chocolate is made on the farm, which was very interesting and fun to learn about. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The hosts were very accomodating and this is an interesting location in rural Thailand with many beautiful waterfalls in the wet season and an easy drive to Khao Yai National Park. Saengcha has a chocolate farm and a cofeeshop. It offers organic dark chocolate and other interesting activities.

AC could have been stronger, but the host did not complain when I left it on even when not in the room so it was cool when I returned. There is solar on the farm, so this is probably the reason for no complaints.

This was everything we look for in a place to stay. We arrived early after a hot bicycle ride and we welcomed warmly and given a lovely cold drink. We booked the bigger bungalow and it had a microwave, kettle, fridge and a sitting area with a sofa. It’s a chocolate farm and their excellent chocolate is sold at their coffee shop. Dinner and breakfast were filling and great. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights on the farm and had a wonderful time. The host was very kind and welcomed us with efficiency and friendliness. He let us try their typical food, showed us around the farm, and patiently explained all the must-see places in the park. Sleeping on the farm was rejuvenating after being in chaotic Bangkok. If you want to have an authentic, non-tourist experience this place is not to be missed.

I had an outstanding time at this beautiful piece of earth at the edge of Khao Yai national park. Together with his wonderful team, the host Moonin made me enjoy every moment of my stay. Before the daily delicious breakfast, he would take me to jogging with his dogs at sunrise - at least the days when I managed to get up at 5:30 :D. We went swimming at local waterfalls and he showed me everything about making chocolate in his own little chocolate factory - from harvesting the cacao bean to making a tasty iced chocolate in his farm cafe. Moonin also introduced me to some of his friends with whom we had dinner some evenings and joined the local temple's Kathin festival, what a great time! My personal highlight was our evenings at the local temple where Moonin taught me about the fundamentals of Buddhist philosophy and introduced me into meditation - a unique experience I will never forget! I can sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking for a genuine experience of Thai hospitality, great home-cooked food...and delicious, self-made chocolate!
