I visited GIFT City Club, Radisson and the hospitality was awesome. We had a wonderful time there. The property was neat and clean, and we received proper assistance throughout our stay. One staff member, Nandkishor, was especially helpful to us. The food was scrumptious, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious pastries. The swimming pool was well-maintained and properly cleaned, making our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a king-size room with a swimming pool view, featuring a spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting arrangement. At night, the serene and pure air from the balcony made the atmosphere calm and peaceful. I must say, the experience was totally worth it! I truly appreciate Radisson and their staff for their excellent hospitality. Thank you for providing such a great stay!

I would appreciate if desserts also add in the breakfast for instance pancakes or pastries.

Rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast spread was good and well managed by the staff. Property is well kept and staff is well trained and attentive to needs of guests.

Location is the biggest concern for the property , it is well beyond city limit and the surrounding area is still under construction. Also usage of in-house facilities such as indoor sports , play area etc. was not allowed for the guests. They could have made it chargeable rather than making it non-accessible for room guests.

This is the best of the two hotels in GIFT City; they have great-sized rooms and attentive staff.

The alcohol restrictions—I appreciate the state-wide alcohol ban, but this hotel is supposed to have a licence. However, it is still not possible to have a glass of wine at dinner.

Everything was just perfect except AC issue. AC was not cooling lower than 25 degree so they changed my room and new room also had the same problem. I complained again and they came and check, said it’s fixed but it was not fixed. No solution was provided.

Staff is super helpful and forthcoming. They want to make life comfortable for all their guests. Food is also very good. Room size and all the facilities are pretty good. Gym and swimming pool are unparallel. On the whole, excellent property and experience

Clean, comfortably furnished and clean rooms. Staff were friendly especially at the reception and restaurant. Overall a beautiful experience with a soothing environment. I also loved the part where u had the opportunity of watering the flowers on the balcony of my room.

Absolutely nothing!!

Pros: Breakfast, pool, amenities, courteous staff. Cons: Location inside Gift city, very poor connectivity to other places in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. Hotel charges exorbitant amounts for drops by their vehicles, whereas, given the poor connectivity, they should provide subsidised transport facility. The hotel is mostly manned by trainees.

The property is really good with friendly staff, and rooms are spacious and clean. Overall it is a good hotel to stay in and is definitely recommended.

The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier. And sometimes, the elevators were not working to reach the 4th floor even with the access cards. This can be corrected. The front desk should give 2 access cards to anyone with a family or double occupancy.
