Very nice lobby and friendly staff. The rooms are also really clean and the beds are comfortable. They also provide all the needed toiletries and more then enough towels for your stay. I ended up getting a room on the 17th floor and the view is superb as well.

The two things to watch out for: this might just be in the room that I was staying in, but constantly throughout the day and sometimes at night, I would hear doors being slammed. I believe it's the staff as they come out of the "employee only" rooms. I don't believe it's on purpose and it's just how the door closes naturally, but it would be good to inform staff to slowly close all doors, especially at night. The free WiFi was also terrible. I'm not sure if there's a paid option, but the WiFi was so slow I ended just using my phone's data throughout the stay.

Rooms are very comfy with a nice modern look, super clean. The view from the room is amazing!Location is great: at the heart of Saint-Rock, downtown Quebec with buses nearby that go downtown. Nice but minimal breakfast included. The staff was serviceable. The pool and gym were not super crowded and really clean. Good for kids!

The breakfast is served in the entrance with no real restaurant tables - more like coffee tables. It would be nice to have a few choices of cereals as well. The parking isn’t included and is quite expensive (27$ / day).

Beautiful hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. We traveled with our young son and they let us have a late checkout so he could nap a little longer.

Minor inconveniences. The parking was full but we were able to find a parking spot on a side street next to the hotel. We tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Both the service and the food weren’t bad but it wasn’t good either. Also, not the hotel’s fault but we were sitting next to the big windows overlooking a park where maybe a dozen homeless people were smoking crack. So a bit of a weird vibe while eating breakfast at 9 am.

Views from higher floors are mind-blowing. The bed is probably the best hotel bed i've ever been to :) Excellent sleeping quality. Sound-proofing is alright. Bathroom is spacy. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, all top quality and smell amazing.

I can't figure out why breakfasts can't be included in the room rate and we have to bother to pay additionally. Buffet break was passable though, not amazing, but quite alright. I am sure a la carte was better (but also a bit more expensive).

Room was good. Clean. Coffee shop next to the lobby for snacks etc.

The restaurant was closed due to strikers, so only breakfast buffet was available. I was unable to shower. The shower was in the tub and it was high. I placed my carryon which was 22" against the tub and it didn't even get to the top. My friends had a handicapped room and same. So none of us were able to access the shower. Overall nice quick stay for cruise.

Great central location, lots of handy amenities, super helpful staff, late check out. Nice pool and gym. Little extras like reading lights and great soap products. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Just a bit drafty ans noisy with holiday parties in the on-site restaurant - and we were on the 7th floor. Parking across the street was a good compromise since theirs was full (& too low for our car)

The room was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfy bed and with an interesting layout and a nice view of the Church from our window. We also appreciated that housekeeping came in to spruce out the room while we were gone for the day. Overall, a really great stay! We did not use the restaurant or gym/pool facilities, so can't comment

It was a bit of a walk to the old quarter of Quebec City, but good exercise!

The staff is so friendly and kind, the hotel is super clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and parking was a great solution.

The location, we didn’t feel very comfortable and safe walking around the area in the evenings.

Cleaning service was great and thorough, came every day. Good mix of English & French TV channels for those who are not bilingual, which is a relatively rare event in Quebec these days. Beds were very comfortable.

No microwave or kettle in room was inconvenient. Pool was advertised as heated but it was not. Other than that, no downsides!

Room was good, good location. Staff was nice, and the location is really good. Just avoid one of the side streets due to the presence of homeless people. Good and modern hotel overall.

Bed was slightly too soft for me. i feel like they could at least put some firmer pillows on the bed but otherwise it was good.
