Renovated clean room. Very trendy vibes. Good location near Admiralty MTR (Exit D) via Pacfic Place and within walking distance to Wanchai MTR. Many choices of F&B, supermarkets and street shopping. Tram stops nearby.

The young male service staff upon check-in was not helpful. When we enquired about direction to Victoria Peak, he rebutted with there is no such place. Either Victoria Park or The Peak. Hey, but The Peak is aka Victoria Peak in most tourism literature. His rather rude behavior is uncalled for. Thankfully, we don't get to see him for the rest of our stays.

This is my third time visiting Hong Kong, and the room size in this hotel didn’t surprise me (which is expected in this city). ✔ Great location – situated between two MTR stations, which is very convenient. ✔ Just a minute’s walk to the tram stop. ✔ A "Welcome" supermarket nearby, so everything you need is within reach. ✔ The hotel is modern, and I enjoyed the view from my room (stayed on the 17th floor). ✔ The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked properly (unlike some other hotels where housekeeping set it to +15°C). I liked the hotel, especially for its location and cleanliness. However, the breakfast menu could use more variety. If you're staying for a short trip, it’s a great choice!

Breakfast became repetitive over 9 days – limited variety. Very few fruits – only got watermelon once during the entire stay.

This is a quality hotel in the Admiralty/Wanchai area of Hong Kong Island. Formerly OZO by Wesley, the hotel was renovated and rebranded over the past couple of years. We had two different rooms booked for our party of 4 recently. Really like the layout of the new suite and found our regular room is similar to the past model. Both are very functional, comfortable and fit for purpose if you need a nice place to rest up in the evenings after long days of sightseeing around the city. The location is very good, near MTR, ding ding tram. Some good restaurants and bars nearby. Lobby is really nice now, comfortable levelled lounge and seating area. There is a restaurant on the first floor and gym in the basement level. Property feels brand new, furnishing in the rooms was all in very good condition. Well worth considering this property when searching for hotels in Hong Kong.

Bed a bit on the firm side but not hard.

This hotel is amazing. It has a modern vibe, is located in the center of Wan Chai, has very helpful staff, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you step in the reception. The rooms are good with a soft bed, you get a nice working desk, and a hot water shower is always a few seconds away. The WiFi was strong, and you also get a safe.

The only thing that really bothered me was that there was no bidet in the bathroom - a basic thing in SE Asia. Besides that, it's just really nitpicking - there is a lack of English TV channels, and I would have also appreciated less clutter in the room - there is a weird rack/shelf that takes up around 10% of the space, which is kinda limited anyways.

Location was perfect. Close to the main streets and local sites but located on a less busy street. The room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the area but smaller compared to US standards. I liked that there was a seat by the window and chair and desk in my room. The room and bathroom were clean and had a hair dryer. I liked that they also had a water filter in the room for room temp or hot water which came in handy each day. They have a small gym and there is a stationary bicycle and treadmill.

I was on a higher floor and you could occasionally hear the street noise, but with ear plugs in at night, I couldn't hear anything. The hallway sound is audible from the room, but everyone was pretty respectful and quiet in the night so it wasn't a problem.

I was really impressed by Yingn'Flo. Modern but comfortable, lovely room with all the space I needed, great bathroom, safe, hanging space, comfortable bed and window seat. Loads of lighting. And curtains with velcro so they fully cover the window! Breakfast was fantastic, plentiful and tasty. The staff were super helpful, they helped me print something and do laundry. Laundry is easy and affordable. They have a gym room too. The location is perfect - right on the tram and bus route and a short walk to Wan Chai metro station. I really enjoyed staying here and hope I visit Hong Kong again so I can stay again!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise!! I'd gotten into the airport around 5:00 am. I then used the metro to get to the hotel and was told by someone at the station the wrong exit to use at Admirality, the closest station to the hotel. So I wound up on a wild goose chase with two heavy bags in a city where Maps didn't work all that well. So by the time I finally found the hotel I was exhausted. Since I was early I couldn't get into my room, but I was fine with that, as the lobby proved to be rather comfortable. However, I didn't sit too long in the lobby before a staff member came over with a key to my room and let me check in early. I can't express how incredibly blessed I was by this act of kindness, as he didn't have to do that. As for the facilities what a fun and modern place. I liked the art and color everywhere. The room itself was bigger than expected, and I enjoyed the window seat with a view of the surrounding buildings. I also appreciated the fact that I could control the temperature in my room. As for the breakfast they put on a nice spread and would recommend it. As for getting to the hotel if you're taking the metro get off at the Admirality Station and take exit F. It's a long walk, but it's on marble flooring and has escalators. The only confusing part is that at one point you need to make a left for Three Pacific Place and not continue straight up the escalator to Pacific Place. Eventually, you'll come out in a area where you'll find a Pret. Just got up the escalator in front of the Pret and exit through the front doors of the building. Look to the right and you'll see a Marks & Spencer to the right on the corner. Go to that corner, and the hotel is down the street. You'll see all the art on the outside of the building. This proximity to the metro served me well.

I was very happy with my stay here!

Everything is as expected. The room is rather small which is the norm in most Hong Kong hotels within the city. Location is great. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The cleanliness is superb - bedroom and bathrooms are spick and span. Water pressure is amazing. Shower area is just enough. Could be small for foreigners but again, it's the normal size in Hong Kong. Bed is very comfortable. A bit on the hard side which is to my liking so if one prefers softer beds, this is not for them. There are 4 huge pillows for use. Bottled water is not provided but there's a machine that boils tap water apart from the usual electric kettle for boiling water. In general, tap water in Hong Kong is safe to drink. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Not that cheap but useful.

View was not very nice but there's really not much choice since the hotel is in the middle of the city.

Our room was large and spacious, with a comfortable shower, mini fridge and electric kettle. The room was clean and the bed was large and wonderful. The hotel has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron, credit card payment including laundry soap. The breakfast option at the hotel is comfortable and pleasant and the buffet is definitely satisfying. No need to book in advance. The location is very convenient with public transport and within walking distance of several sites. The staff is happy to help with any questions or requests.
