We were well into a 3-week multi-city trip. This was our first "regular" hotel, as we'd been staying in apartments. We had a deluxe king room (room 345), which was very spacious and clean. It looked onto the interior courtyard, so it was very quiet. (Note that the hotel is expanding so that construction is ongoing next door. We were not bothered by any noise in our room, due to its location.) The staff was very friendly, as is typical in North America. They also give you a free cookie when you check in (and also when we checked out!) The hotel is located near an interchange, so not a great location for the town itself. But it is within walking distance (thru the woods) of the University of Vermont, which was our main criterion for location. The hotel has a pool (which looked very nice) and gym facilities, but we did not use them.
The breakfast area (Atrium) is over-air-conditioned. One feels the blast of cold as one walks from the reception area to the Atrium. The cold breakfast buffet was varied; however, we would have preferred other than white flour bakery items. The hot buffet was very limited (and of little interest for vegetarians) so paying $4 extra for a few potatoes was a bit excessive.

Nice spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and a clean and modern bathroom that worked well. The location was great for visiting UVM and downtown and making your way out of town. We didn’t even realize they had a nice indoor pool and gym…we’d use it next time.
The desk staff who checked me in was either very green or she was not in the right line of work, making several simple mistakes and not providing the typical information desk staff shares upon check in, and not especially friendly. Also, the value was not great for people traveling across the country to visit a child in an expensive school.

The property was clean, and the service was good. Dinner at the Tavern was enjoyable, with typical bar food that was tasty but closed unusually early at 9:30 PM. The breakfast buffet in the Atrium was standard, with friendly staff, but overall, the experience felt expensive for what was served.
A warm 16-oz water bottle costs $3.00 in the room. My card had a $75/ PER NIGHT hold for incidentals, which was not disclosed. The elevator broke unceremoniously, and I was on the fourth floor.

Staff were all extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. We went to tavern every night for the Vermont maple bbq wings!
There is an odd smell, perhaps the cleaning solution they are using. The hvac in the room only has a setting for ac & heat at same time, so we set the temp to 70 since it was in the 40s during our stay but if the temp of the room went a little above 70, the ac would come on to cool it down. So all night the ac & heat would constantly alternate, we would wake wake up sweating then an hour later wake up freezing.

We were here for Mother’s Day weekend. Everything was better than expected! We picked the booking with free breakfast which was a great value. Breakfast selection and food was excellent! The pool area was very nice but we didn’t use it due to some maintenance work being done. The bed was super comfortable and I rarely say that. One of the best amenities is the shuttle which you can request to go the airport, downtown and to the harbor. The drivers were super! In fact the entire staff was kind and helpful. We would be remiss if we didn’t say how good the warm, chocolate chip cookies are! I do want to mention the condition of this quaint little city: why are the city leaders allowing all the graffiti and homeless defecating and shooting up in public areas? This needs to be fixed before all is lost!

It was so helpful that shuttle picked me up from airport and took us downtown or w/in 2 miles of hotel. Really a bonus. Hotel lobby was beautiful and had that wonderful Doubletree smell. Young woman at check-in was wonderful, really went above and beyond. Didn't get her name but, college student, tall, blonde, tan. Great cust service! Older gentleman who drove shuttle was great and so friendly and helpful. Made sure I got my cookie!
Younger shuttle driver had a not so great attitude. He could take some lessons from the other driver. Bed was sagging and gave us low back aches.

I've stayed here a few times because it was one of the only dog friendly places in the area. I love to travel to with our dog, George, and they treat him so wonderfully there, they get major points with me for that alone. Staff greets him enthusiastically and by name every time we walk by the desk, and even gave us a bag of treats for him. There is a walking path next to a pond and waste bags on property. Everything is clean. Staff is super friendly. The tavern has pretty good food (biggest salad ever) and drinks. Great location. If I'm being honest, though, I mostly go there for the cookies. All of that being said, let's talk about the comfort. Their beds are like getting a big hug. Between the down pillows, pillow top beds, and the heavy yet cooling comforter, I get the BEST night's sleep there. No joke. We just ordered the pillows they have for our house. We love them that much. We're considering the mattress and comforter to duplicate the experience. George, my husband, and I all give five stars. We will stay here every time we go to Burlington.
Not a thing.

Bed was comfortable. The hotels location was very convenient for our travel and sightseeing needs. Staff upon check in was very kind and information and checked in on us during our stay. Parking was free and the hotel offered a shuttle into the downtown area.
Things were just a little worn looking. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The foot rest in the sitting area was stained and the carpet appeared to be on the old side.

Comfortable beds, beautiful large pool and fitness area with a Peloton, rowing machine, treadmills, ellipticals and an area for floor work and weights (barbells), nice shower with high end soaps and conditioners, spacious clean new-feeling room. Didn’t try breakfast, but it looked good.
Using the app for the key was kind of glitchy, had to keep closing and reopening it, although it was nice to use it for remote check-in. Housekeeping was stretched.

Very clean modern property. We had a king suite which was spacious, comfortable and clean. We went to the brakfast buffet . Good food and assortment. reasonable price. Location is right off the highway with plenty of parking. Fresh cookies and bottled water at check in. Nice big swimming pool
The only thing I didn't like was the pool area is open to the main corridor. Everyone walking by would stare at people swimming like they were an aquarium exhibit. My suggestion is to cover up that glass with some plant or an art feature so people can't see in. No privacy.
