Manager, staff were very cooperative and helpful. Location is very good. Basic amenities are available.

1)Since the provision for cooking was there in our room, we expected some kitchenware which would be useful. 2) Breakfast options, especially the cooked items should change on consecutive days. It matters to those who stay for more than one night. 3) Bath Towels need to be bigger (longer and wider). They were small for an adult.

I stayed at this hotel before last year and the first time I walked into the lobby and saw how clean it was, I thought to myself I wonder if the rooms are the same and sure enough they where. The. counter personal was very nice and greeted me in a welcome home manner. I love the room very spacious and clean although the sofa bed looked like it needed to be replaced. The location is good there's a gas station across and a Walmart so I love hotels where you can actually walk to get things you need although is a bit like hidden but it's not important and the hotel alone looks like it's safe no sketchy people and it's quiet and the rooms are big and spacious and clean so I love it

The sofa bed is the only thing that need to be replaced since it doesn't look good in a clean room.

They cleaned the room, changed our towels and took the trash out everyday. Also, they gave me a room to facilitate the mobility of my grandma who uses wheelchair.

The breakfast was not okay. I was barely able to take a portion of eggs and a toast por my grandma but for me, there was only sausages, and no more food was taken out for us to complete our plate (at least the time that we were there in the lobby). Still, there were sweet options such as cereal, milk, jam...

Location was ideal for an overnight stay before we flew out of Houston Hobby airport. It is close to Walmart and restaurants. We were met by the owner who runs the place and he granted our request for a quiet room. The hotel is clean, well maintained and had all the essentials for an overnight stay. Great value for money. Simple breakfast provided and was sufficient for us. We were not expecting a full breakfast.

Maybe some hangers in the room to hang our clothes.

The beds are very comfortable, I slept like a baby, sheets are very clean, I recommend it to anyone, that is one of the best place to stay in close to hobby airport.

I didn't like not to be able to wake up earlier to get some breakfast because I was so comfortable sleeping 😴 😩

Convenient location (close to food, Houston space centre, shopping etc), very clean and extremely comfortable room, everything in the room was working (tv, wifi, air con etc), staff were friendly and the owner put us in a quiet room so we could recover from our jet lag after coming all the way from Australia! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Houston!

Location was great. Across the street from a gas station and a Walmart which made it so convenient. The parking lot had 1 entrance and 1 exit- with cameras in the office to keep an eye on all the vehicles in the parking lot. Made us feel very safe.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

It was clean , Walmart was across the street, and the staff was pretty nice

I went to work when I came, back and didn't have any towels in my room.. the toilet bowl stopped working, I had to keep putting my hand in the back of it to make it flushed that was room 220,

Great location if the airport is your focus. Seems like rooms are renovated, they were super clean and much better than I would have expected.

Don't love the whole motel vibe of doors opening directly to the outside, but it comes with the territory.

On cleanliness and the size of the room and the facility in general.

Could not get the overhead vent Hood to work and the two burner cooktop would not work.
