This is a small and elegant property I found in Old Quebec City. 1. Location: located in the core of Old Quebec City, facing city hall. From my window I could see the fountain in front of the city hall. Shops and restaurants are just downstairs. Within 5mins walk you will reach every hotspot. 2. Parking: underground parking in the city hall building. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at the first time, but it was actually very convenient. Level B&C has more spots available than Level D&E. 3. Property: there are 3 floors and 3 rooms on each floor (I believe). There maybe some rooms in the basement too, but I m not sure. The entire building are quiet and clean. Elevator is accessible after a few steps from the front door. Laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. 4. Room: clean and modern designed. No carpet (I like it most). Bed is comfortable. Enough kitchenware and tableware and utensils for shot stay. Coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge are available. My room is on the 2nd floor. Even though it was located in the busies area, I did find it noisy. There were one or two trucks passing by in the early morning but not a big deal. 5. Staff: very welcoming and helpful. You will receive emails providing you with all information about parking, sightseeing, self-check-in codes before your arrival. Even they dont work onsite, they respond promptly to phone calls if you have questions.

Nothing. If I have to make suggestions, I would say one more piece of mirror outside of washroom will probably more convenient.

The Lofts are conveniently located in the Upper Town, a very short walk (few minutes) to the Lower Town (Petit-Champlain, Place Royale), Frontenac, DufferinTerrace, Tobbagan ride (4$CAN per person/ride) and Basilica Cathedral Notre-Dame de Québec. We used the underground parking right a cross the street in the City Hall building (cost for 4 night was around 40$ US). You can also park on the street (3$CAN/1h), we chose the garage, we did not use our car at all during the 4 day stay. We walked everywhere and used the public bus (to get back from the Plains of Abraham), bus stop located in the front of the Loft building (buy ticket at the bus, 3.75$CAN valid 1.5h). In the park you can cross county ski for free, visit the museum (sculptures by artist Jérôme Trudelle are beautiful), rent "magic carpet" for sledding. There is Smith cafe located right below the Lofts, good coffee, you can grab breakfast or dessert. The entrance to the Lofts building is located on "walk only" street, there is few restaurants and stores. There is also a Visitor Centre on the same street. You can buy food at Epicerie Richard, 42 Rue des Jardins, less than 5 min walk. For fresh, warm bakery visit Paillard (7 in walk). The Old Town, most of restaurants, hotels and cafe have free wi-fi. The Loft was very clean, had a nice bathroom, little kitchenet (microwave, stove, fridge), there was a laundry room, TV, wi-fi. If traveling in the winter time bring some warm jacket, hats and water proof boots.

Fantastic location and a clean and comfortable apartment. It’s walkable distance from the train station (15 minutes but with some hills so wouldn’t really recommend if you have big luggage), a short taxi drive (5 minutes and about $10) or bus ride (bus stop outside the apartment although they don’t come too frequently). Photos in the listing are accurate. I do wish some tea was provided instead of just coffee. But the kitchenette was well equipped otherwise.

Since it’s above a popular street and near city hall and the churches, it stays noisy in the evenings and there church bells are pretty loud during the day. I didnt mind it as much as the rest of my family

The loft was in an excellent location, right in the middle of old town and within walking distance to all the major landmarks. We were in Quebec City specifically for the Christmas markets. The loft overlooked 1 of them, 3 were right outside our door, and the 4th (with ice skating) was 1 mile away. We enjoyed pastries for breakfast at The Smith bakery downstairs and had dozens of amazing restaurants to choose from. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly to our questions and had wonderful recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I would definitely recommend this property, 10/10.

Incredible location near some of the best parts of the city. Beautiful sunlit room overlooking the square. Coffee pods and nespresso machine supplied. Great food places nearby, especially the restaurant Alphonse connected to the building, which has a $25 lunch special that includes 1 entree and 1 main. Host provided great ideas for my stay, from sight-seeing to best nearby grocer or recommended restaurants.

The mattress and pillows were not great, but that's just a nitpick, was still adequate. Television hung halfway between the bed and couch, not an ideal viewing spot, but I did not use the television much, as I was out all day and you likely will be too, so not a big deal for my stay. No freezer for ice cream or other frozen goods.

Very central location, responsiveness of the property management. Everything was working in the unit -AC, elevator, comfortable beds, bathroom water pressure. I would not stay anywhere else if ever I was in Quebec!

Nothing, everything was as I hoped and expected it to be. There was abit of challenge finding unit at first due to some road being closed or detoured. I think one important thing to note is that entrance to building is not a car street but pedestrian street. More accurate direction would have been next to Alphonse restaurant.

The location was great. It is near lots of good restaurants, shops, visitor center, bus stop and bus tour pickup location. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and our room had laundry right across the hallway. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.

The only negative thing was, there was no instructions for how to operate the TV, heat, or air conditioning. Some we figured out. What we couldn’t figure out, they were very responsive and answered our questions.

The one bedroom suite in Les Lofts Ste-Anne was the perfect home base for our family of four (2 adults, 13YO, 5YO) during our time in Quebec City. The loft was very clean, comfortable and centrally located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do within the city walls. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us, with our girls sleeping in the bunk beds in an alcove off the hallway to the main living space; the main living space is bright because of the beautiful, tall windows, but the light did not cause any sleeping issues for our family. The loft is located above a restaurant and on a busy corner, so there is some street noise but it did not bother us. In advance of our arrival, the hosts emailed us with helpful information including check in details, where to park (so helpful!), and recommended restaurants and activities. During our stay, our host was very responsive to a request for additional bath towels and followed up to ensure that staff delivered the towels. We're looking forward to our next visit to Old Quebec and will 100% stay in Les Lofts Ste-Anne again.

The location is fantastic. The loft was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and all instructions were very clear. The staff provided great recommendations for our stay. All top notch.

There’s no parking but it was easy to park on the side of the road to unload/load our stuff and easy to park at the recommended lot. Our car was too tall for the recommended lot but the farther lot worked great since we didn’t need our car while we were there.

The loft was very nice IT was very clean and comfortable.It didnt have an oven but did have a microwave and everything we needed.It was in a Beautiful neighbothood just around the corner from Chateau Frontenac.Many artisans,street performets and cafes and restaurants.It was within walking distance to everything we booked.Parking was right across the road beneath city hall.It was very safe and everybody we encountered was very nice.The owner was very accomodating and I would definately recommend and stay here again.
