This hotel is a hidden gem in Huntsville. I’ve always liked this place but hadn’t stayed here in a while until recently. During my recent stay, the staff provided exceptional, on-point customer service. He was fantastic! The rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and it seems they’ve made some upgrades recently. Very happy with all aspects of my stay and will exclusively book at this hotel when in Huntsville from now on. 10/10

I have now stayed at this location multiple times. I like that it is family owned and operated and it shows in the way they take care of the property. As of now if given a choice I would not want to stay anywhere else when traveling to the Huntsville area.

I wasn't happy when the ice machine was out of service however, they quickly made ice available which was great. The only negative I can see is when it is close to a meal time people fill the parking lot trying to get into the Dairy Queen drive thru making it very hard to get in and out of the front area parking spots but I understand they share the parking lot and this really cannot be avoided.

I was a little worried about staying in a place that actually had low ratings, but I looked around and it was the best value for the money. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was kept. Granted, it is an older facility, but I would totally recommend if you're on a budget or if your stay is 1-2 nights.

Although there a clear signs smoking is not permitted, the hallways did have a strong smell of smoke.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodations Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating and friendly

No soap in the soap holder by the sink had a slight musty odor, and had a few lightbulbs out, but no big deal

Easy to find & front desk (?owner?) was so nice & friendly. Beds comfortable, room clean, pet friendly.

Musty smell, but sure its just because its an old hotel, as it is clean. Otherwise great stay!

I like the handicapped room/shower it was a great convenience, easy access. It was clean. bed was comfortable a little high (I'm short) but comfortable the front desk lady was nice, friendly and helpful check-in/ out was great

The coffee in the room was stale, but the staff was really nice and that alone makes up for it

The room was clean bed was very comfortable room temperature was just right room was surprisingly quiet being located next to a major interstate

Trash in the nightstand open soda in mini fridge TV did not work and it took about 1/2 hrs to fix

Beautiful rooms and very comfortable! The staff was amazing.

The only problem we came across was the hot tub. Getting in it and the pool alike are just like ice baths. granted it is the end of February but you’d think the hot tub would be up and running.
