The staff was very helpful when I had questions or needed extra items. I got breakfast included in our stay. They had the most beautiful well thought out spread of breakfast! My little one didn't have a lot because she couldn't wait to swim. We swam for a little bit which was a surprise for my daughter.

I didn't see parking instructions as far as what spaces were for hotel guests. They made my mistake feel like it wasn't an issue though when I accidentally parked in a hotel only space. I offered to move my vehicle an they assured me wasnt an issue for one night. I do wish we could have taken the towels from pool area to wrap around us as we went back up to the room.

It was conveniently located right next to the arena we were attending a show at. Also the young man at the front desk was wonderful! His name was Jeremy and he was very helpful to us as well as very professional. Please make sure he’s commended in someway, either monetarily or some type of an award for how much he helped us. Thank you, Jeremy! You made our stay 10 times better

Two minor complaints. After the show, we literally had to wait in line to get on the elevator to go up to our room. We waited almost 5 - 7 minutes. while the snack shop was open, the prices were extremely high.

My room was amazing.

The fact that the price for the check in was increased without no notice on Booking. Com was insane. It was an additional 130.00 hold added onto my card. It doesn’t matter if I get it back after check out. What if I didn’t have that? Things like this should not be a surprise. Also breakfast is no longer included in the stay. This is now an extra cost of $15.00 per person. Before when I check in, they ask how many people in your party at check in and give you tickets for the next morning breakfast. This should have been information known as well. Lastly, the individual who checked me in needs more training in customer service.

Breakfast Buffet was absolutely perfect. We were so lucky to be there the first month it was offered. The dinner team as well as the bartenders were second to none. Very engaged with their customers and their jobs. The food was absolutely phenomenal and it was only cheesesteaks and wings but the best we have had so far in this area or most anywhere! We really liked that management staff was around all weekend and very engaging as well as available for the guests.

When we checked in, the front desk attendant was less than friendly and welcoming. She was texting on her phone when we arrived. Perhaps we interrupted her but nonetheless, everyone else at the front desk was attentive, warm and welcoming. Maybe she needs to take the same class that they took in hospitality?

The breakfast was hot and delicious. The servers were friendly and efficient. Our granddaughter was free, so the expense of the meal was reasonable for the three of us. Even the support staff was helpful and friendly.

Our only issue was getting to the facility because President Trump was in town that night!! That was not the facility's fault. We had to call the front desk twice to get directions around the barricades. The desk attendant and the shuttle driver gave us specific directions that got us into the parking garage.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Decorated well and well maintained. We loved the included breakfast, it was one of the best I have seen at any hotel.

We don’t have outright complaints, but I had frustration. The room AC would not blow on high and our room got super hot at night. Maybe it was the duvet that was hot. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix it. They didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I told them I just wanted the AC fan to go above low, it was stuck on low. It wasn’t addressed. We didn’t sleep well. We do still love the hotel

The location, staff, and breakfast were absolutely amazing! These rooms were probably the most sound proof I've ever experienced in a hotel room. It was so quiet, and they were sold out, so I know for sure there were people on both sides of our walls. We heard nothing, except a child in the hallway at one point. It was one of my most enjoyable stays to date. The free cookies were also a great perk. If ever back in the area, we will not even think twice about staying here again! It's a must!! Like I stated above, it was completely sold out the night of our stay, and everything was very well managed and kept up with.

The servers at breakfast were not very friendly, and didn't clean tables off often, but when we were finished eating, didn't miss the opportunity to tell us to tip her. I found that very rude.

Check in was a breeze my request was accommodated to check in early if the room was ready. Lady who checked us in was the sweetest. Housekeeping was very quick as well when i requested extra towels. The place all around was very clean and all the staff was very sweet. Oh & the view of the Pagoda was the cherry on top I was raised in Reading & was down for my nephews graduation i currently live in Jersey so it was deff bitter sweet.

My only issue was the room door seems like it was recently painted so the door kept getting stuck & it was hard to open.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The swimming pool area was very nice and well kept. The location of the hotel is in a great area.

We found several items in our room from other people prior to us, which makes me wonder if they are properly cleaning everything like they should. The chlorine in the pool was really really strong. My sons eyes were extremely red after swimming for a half hour. I wasn't even swimming and my eyes burned sitting on the chairs.

Our visit was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. We were not able to stay there but knew there would be no refund or partial refund.

I didn’t like that the parking structure was filled with hotel parking spaces and we could barely find a space since there was events going on, however a few hours later all those parking spots that said hotel parking were completely empty. I would ask the hotel to manage their parking situations better so that actual hotel guest that have paid for a room have decent parking
