4 things - The location is within walking distance to Jiang Guo Men MTR Station, the rooms were very spacious and clean, the daily cleaning service replace our empty drinking water even though we did not request for a room cleanup. The hotel also had a large gym packed full of equipment, a swimming pool and self-service laundry room operated by an external 3rd party.

As the self-service laundry room was operated by a 3rd Party, one needs to download Alipay App or Wechat Pay App in order to use. It became intrusive as the APP required lots of information like mobile number, Credit Card and it asked us to "bind" our number and credit card details to the APP. It became such a drag and intrusive that we decided to quit halfway. Some old-school option will be great.

The renovation is quite fresh. There is a breakfast buffet, including European specialties. Location is 50/50. You can walk to the main shopping street and forbidden city, but more convenient by taxi.

Not all staff speak English. For some reason it is not possible to book a room with breakfast through Booking.

The staff was very friendly and tried their best when we needed help (speaking english and with the help of the mobile translator it was fine). The room was spacious, everyday we got some water and fresh towels. The hotel is located in a big complex with many restaurants and even 24/7 convenience store.

Breakfast could be better, some products were not added after finished so it was a lottery to find some cheese or other. Some more vegetarian options would be great as well as some other type of bread.

A well equipped and luxurious hotel with superb staff. Whilst there are a little language issues gor English speakers the staff do their very best to understand and explain things. Rooms are great and the shower in my room was the best I've ever experienced. Superb value for money and great location with shops and restaurants close by, just a 5 minute walk to Beijing Railway station.

The in house breakfast is very limited in its offering for western countries inhabitants. To be fair i saw very few non chinese guests in the hotel, but i only took breafast once.They should consider putting more information (in English) in the rooms regarding facilities in the hotel and local area.

Great huge room with a beautiful view, nice staff who were really helpful. Gym and swimming pool are great, Breakfast is OK. Location is not too far from the subway and you can even go directly to the Beijing railway station in less than 10 minutes walking.

Breakfast could be improved by having more variety or changed regularly, had the same items for 3 days.

Staff were very helpful despite language barriers, but with the help of translators on our phone.

Downside all the buffet breakfast was not always ready when we went down early before going on tour. One of our wardrobes did not open. I reported it, but no one came to fix it. It very hot in our room & the AC was not yet put onto summer mode, but they gave us a small fan. Windows only opened a very small amount, understandable when you are on the 21st floor!!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, even those who didn't speak English. Spotlessly clean. Swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. You will need a swimming cap, but they do sell them, and you swim in lanes. Restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. Close to the train station and lots of shops and banks nearby.

The air-condition was switched off as it was their winter time, but we were warm, so had the window open. The washing machines and vending machines could only work with wechat app, which we didn't have.

The room was big but old carpeting and old furniture, needs revamping. Breakfast buffet was excellent, western and asian selections. Location to metro station was ok, about 700m, bus stop is closer about 80m. There’s a bus next to the qianmen main street mall to the great wall to badaling and mutianyu 80 yuan return takes about 1.5 hours one way depending on traffic. Tickets to the cable lift sold on the bus. This was a really inexpensive trip to the great wall.

Upgraded room, large spacious and lots of storage. Very good shower and room cleaning was daily and fridge was a great addition for snack and drinks in the hot weather. WIFI was decent, the gym is good and the pool/changing rooms are slightly dilapidated. You need a swim hat for the pool which costs €11. Water left by cleaners daily. Bar had happy hour on beer.

Pool and changing rooms are slightly dilapidated, some staff could be a little rude and hard work even when using technology to communicate/translate. Laundry room requires you to download local apps which don't accept international cards. Vending machines also do not accept international cards. Rooms are slightly dated.

We were very happy with our comfortable stay. Our room was very large with a massive bathroom and we enjoyed the views over the Wall Remnants Park. The breakfast was varied and satisfying. The room was very quiet. The location was easy to work with - DiDi always came quickly and the Subway was a short walk away

The airconditioning was difficult - it didn't change the temperature but thankfully we could open a window.
