All of the staff were amazing!!! So eager to help, went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were taken care of! I was so impressed with their pleasant attitudes and helpfulness! The location is beautiful, set off in the woods like you’re at a summer camp almost.. it’s so nostalgic but modern at the same time. You would think you’re in the middle of nowhere bc you can’t even hear traffic, it’s so peaceful and private feeling. The rooms were top-notch, plenty of things to do.. even pool tables and foosball, volleyball and tennis courts (which we didn’t have a chance to use bc we only stayed one night).. the pond/lake is gorgeous! The pool is awesome, we were surprised that it actually had a deep end of 8 ft since most hotels only go to like 5 ft nowadays! It was a nice surprise.. plenty big enough for everyone to enjoy and I wish I could’ve seen it at night bc I’m sure it was beautiful. Top of the list though, that breakfast!! Pay the few extra dollars for everyone to enjoy the breakfast bc I promise you won’t be disappointed! I took pictures of the food, it was that awesome!!! They’ll cook you omelets, waffles, chocolate chip pancakes, French toast if you want - but they also have a HUGE Buffett of everything you can imagine and it’s all so good!!! I had like 4 plates just for me and tried my best not to waste anything! I’ve only left a couple of reviews in my life but I was so impressed with this place that I had to leave a review and let them know how much we appreciated it and let others know that this place is worth every dollar! If you’re planning on staying anywhere close to Atlanta or the outskirts, pick this hotel and you won’t be disappointed! We went to the nascar race in Atlanta and drove the 30 minutes it took to get to the hotel from the track.. it was a great choice!

I can’t really think of anything that could be better.. maybe 24 hour pool use but I know that’s probably hard to do.. the only thing I can think of was maybe the bathroom door.. it’s like a barn door on rails so it doesn’t close all the way:.. maybe make it close a little more for privacy in case you’re staying with people you don’t want to share everything with lol. It wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be for others.

They went above and beyond to make our 2nd Anniversary wonderful and memorable. We had a wonderful room with a heart made out of towels and rose pedals all over the bed. They gave us a card with vouchers for food and drinks at the hotel along with 2 pieces of cheesecake with Happy Anniversary wrote on the plate. They are amazing and we will be back . We will also spread the word about this wonderful place and their staff.

I would NOT change anything about the property. It’s perfect and the staff is amazing.

The heat didn’t work in our room so we called down to the front desk. They said they would notify engineer. The temperature was going to be in the low 40’s for the night and the heat continued to blow cold air. It wouldn’t cut off. We were cold even under the covers. At 10:00 pm I called the front desk again and was informed that the engineer had left for the night. We had already waited 2 hours since we made the first call so I guess they weren’t going to bother to tell us. I had to ask to be moved to another room. The second room was great and everything was in good working order.

The property was very nice and clean. The people were very nice. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

It wasn't at all what I expected from the pictures on the website. The buildings look like dorms. it was a little confusing finding the lobby upon arrival. I saw all the pictures on the site but didn't see the buildings. Looked more like a camp than a hotel. The name Crown Plaza doesn't match the property.

This hotel was so perfect! The grounds and location were absolutely stunning. It was so perfect that my boyfriend actually proposed to me while outside in the courtyard area. This crown plaza hotel in peachtree city GA will forever be special to us!! We look forward to many more visits!

The breakfast was amazing. My grandkids loved the waffles with white chocolate chips. We loved the indoor pool and pool tables and games inside the hotel. We also enjoyed watching the geese on the property. We had a great stay.

I liked the convenience. I loved the customer service received from the front desk staff. The grounds were beautiful.

The rooms were very small inside and also the cleaning staff were very loud in the halls while cleaning, laughing with each other which woke me from a peaceful sleep.

It was perfect, been there 2 years in a row, in March on my BF's birthday. I take him to eat supper at the restaurant and they set the table so pretty and give us great service and the staff brought a piece of cake and sang to him, unexpected to both of us. We hope to be there next year for a 3rd year to celebrate. Ivonne was our waitress for the past 2 years...we love her..the sweetest we ever met. Hope to see her next year.

The room was clean, and the hotel as well organized.

I booked me and my 2 daughters for this 2 day stay and only received breakfast for 1 person per day. I wished that would have been clearer when booking with the breakfast included rooms.

The property. It feels like a private wooded park. Before arrival we had no idea. The buildings blend into the trees over looking the pond. The overall feel is amazing! Breakfast was perfect, you can get most breakfast foods you could want. Made fresh for you individually.

Parking. There simply isn't enough parking close to the hotel rooms.
